WOW!! Customer service is excellent. Ordered a Weber GBS and it arrived promptly albeit with a couple manufacturing faults. Contacted the team at WOW and within a week a brand new bbq arrived!! Top notch service and communication throughout!! WOW!! I’ll be using these guys again, without a doubt.

Absolutely faultless first class after sales service. You can always judge a really good company in how they handle things when it all doesn't go to plan. Through no fault of wowbbq my Weber BBQ ordered did not deliver next day as expected. The problem as it turned out was that some jobsworth at the courier company decided after shipping to their northern depot no problem, that it was too heavy to go any further and needed to be palletised. This meant a one day delay, although I suspected that it may have been dropped by the courier company and they were covering their backsides. So I called wowbbq after sale service number and the first WOW was how quickly they answered no music on hold at all. The second huge WOW was how they handled my issue. Patrick and later Niall who I spoke to because of my concerns, without a quibble or discussion agreed to fully refund my money and call the courier company to get them to return the BBQ to them without any hassle at all. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and I will be using wowbbq for any BBQ items I need going forwards. Thank you wowbbq

Wow bbq very good but Weber service let them down. Smokey Mountain unit arrived damaged and I had to wait until Weber's stock check was over it could not be replaced. New bits were sent out but no apology rom Weber, not even a gesture offered to smooth over what was a poor start.
Very poor from the manufacturer.

New BBQ at a great price and delivered promptly. When we assembled we found that a screw for the handle was missing but WOWBBQ responded promptly to my email asking for another and it arrived by first class post within a couple of days. I was very impressed by the efficient service

Excellent company to go with the excellent product

I was looking to buy a Weber Smokey mountain and stumbled upon WOW after searching. I had a few questions so called them up before I placed an order and Patrick couldn't have been more helpful with lots of great tips about getting the best from the WSM. After I placed the order I wanted a few more bits and they were happy to add a few bits to the original order to save me paying extra delivery. The WSM really did deliver too, so happy with it and also looking for a reason to get it cooking!

I rang this outfit on Bank Holiday Monday and was impressed to find them open. My order was quickly dealt with after I got the advice I needed.

My Weber BBQ arrived two working days later exactly as promised - free delivery (AMAZING!)

I cannot fault the service - of course the Weber is great as well.
