First class service and the weber grill is better than expected, the delivery was spot on. I would be happy to buy from them again and to recommend them.

Weber Kettle purchased and delivered quickly. Great service as usual from WOWBBQ. We purchased the seat grate insert which has worked a treat. We have WSM smoker and 57inch kettle to match. I am sure we'll be buying more for these guys in the future.

Purchased a new Weber Q2200 series BBQ from WowBBQ, with cover and drip trays. Not only were WowBBQ the cheapest, the speed at which they turned around the order was excellent. I'd highly recommend them if you are considering purchasing a new BBQ.

Purchased a new BBQ, which is the second time I have used WOWBBQ. They were very helpful on the phone with the original order and gave me a bit of advice on the BBQ I had chosen. Not only this, but the next day they called to give more advice on putting it together based on their experience, which was unexpected and very helpful indeed.

I was curious about getting either a gas or charcoal bbq, and was overwhelmed by all the choices. I decided to pop into the WoW BBQ showroom at the Sunshine Garden Centre and got some great advice from Lee. I decided to get a Weber E320 with a smoke box, wood chips, griddle and cover.

The dispatch and delivery was very efficient, and the delivery driver was very helpful getting the BBQ into the house.

The Weber is amazing - I've really enjoyed using it, and it is a very good quality item that I imagine will outlast cheaper competitors. There was a small paint defect on one of the panels and WoW BBQ were great at issuing a replacement that I received very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a Weber Electric Barbeque from WOW BBQ, summer 2015, and we have been really pleased with it, but recently the element blew. I contacted WOW BBQ to ask where we could purchase a new element and within a few days we had a replacement element delivered, free of charge, covered under Warranty. I was not expecting this, what a result, thanks to the very helpful Patrick - I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

I placed an order for several items needing a next day delivery but made a mistake on the delivery requirements - omitting the next day delivery. As soon as I realised my mistake I called and found the staff incredibly helpful, they fixed the problem immediately without fuss. Everything arrived on time.
