Ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday morning. Very impressed.

First time customer at WOWBBQ and all I can say is, WOW!

Ordered late on a Sunday and my order arrived on Tuesday morning, what more can you ask for! Delivered via APC but unfortunately, my delicate item was slightly damaged, but that's couriers for you!

I reached out to WOWBBQ and my problem was solved within the hour.

Superb experience with this company. Ordered the day before a bank holiday weekend and was delivered on the day after the bank holiday weekend and was given a 1 hour time slot for my delivery. Il be using this company for all my bbq equipment and fuel from now on

I had a problem with the Weber bbq I bought but Wow bbq and Weber resolved it in super quick time.

We recently purchased a Weber Q2200 with stand online from WOWBBQ. It was promptly despatched and delivered by courier and we are absolutely delighted with the product. There was a minor problem in that a part of the stand had been omitted by the manufacturer however, when informed, WOWBBQ immediately sent the missing part by courier which arrived the following day. The product is top class and the customer support in addressing and overcoming an unfortunate situation not of their cause was attentive and excellent. We would definitely recommend WOWBBQ and will certainly purchase our next BBQ from them.

We received the bbq the next working day despite the current covid-19 situation. Unfortunately, the legs were dented but after contacting customer services and supplying pictures of the faults, we received three new legs within two days. Fab service !!

It's typical that Britain has several weeks of superb weather during a period when nobody is allowed to go outside!

I decided to capitalise on this by ordering a new BBQ. Really impressed with Wow BBQ - easy to use website, clear invoice and all delivered within 24 hours. Pretty good under these difficult conditions!

I'll be ordering some accessories from them in the near future!

Weber GA is the second BBQ I have ordered. The Weber GA last week, and a Master Touch 5 years ago. Brilliant service on both occasions. I picked the delivery date and it arrived on the day chosen. For Weber products, they are automically my first choice.

Ordered a Weber Bbq from this company at a good price.
Delivery not the Normal next day as advertised but we are living with a difficult situation at the moment.
My point is that they could not meet the delivery day as issued but I received a personal phone call the day before to explain why my Bbq would be delivered Saturday instead if Friday - this was much appreciated
When you order from a company you have never heard of on the internet you are never happy until the product arrives - To receive the call made me think that this company cares about customer service and would deliver , as I said previously stated these are unprecedented times
Goods were delivered @ 08:00 am Saturday as stated
My fault but I forgot to order a pizza stone but I will do that when things return to normal !!

Ordered a bbq on offer. Money were taken from the account. The bbq did not arrive. Tried to get in touch unsuccessfully and later noted that the money were refunded a few days after the order.
The BBQ is currently available at a normal price.

Massively impressed with Wow BBQ. We spoke to a couple of different staff members who both knew their stuff and gave excellent advice, not to buy the most expensive BBQ in our case (you'd expect upselling in most shops but not here) instead to go with a slightly cheaper slightly smaller option which is perfect for our needs. We're delighted with it. The prices are highly competitive, I have no doubt we'll be back for accessories. I would have no hesitation recommending anyone to buy a BBQ from here.

Fantastic customer service
My new Weber was not delivered on its initial attempt due to postal mix up. Spoke with Lee who contacted the courier immediately to request a re delivery.. On calling back he asked me to call in if delivery had not been received in 30 mins and he would get another out to me the following day. Luckily DPD driver had the same customer first ideals as Lee and my Weber arrived 25 mins later.
Thank you so much for getting me out of a hole. It’s great to see that fantastic customer service is not something only delivered by John Lewis. Thanks again

Superb in every way! From the moment I ordered to delivery, the service was impeccable. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed a replacement bbq urgently. I called to arrange on Friday afternoon and the bbq arrived before 10am the next day. Simply cannot fault the service. Well done Patrick and team - I will definitely be using you guys again.
