I ordered a Weber bbq on a Saturday knowing that the standard free 5 working days delivery would be super tight for when I actually needed to use it. By Monday, I'd not heard that it had been picked, so wrote to them to ask if it could be expedited. Later that day, they wrote to say it would be delivered TOMORROW by courier, no extra cost. And it arrived as they said. Super impressed.

I am really happy how Wowbbq helped me with the purchase of a new BBQ and after sales support, I can not rate them high enough.. M. Case - Somerset.

WOWBBQ definitely gave us a WOW service.
We had a terrible experience trying to deal directly with Weber customer services who were unable to replace faulty item or send parts and we ended up having to cancel. WOWBBQ not only supplied, at a good price, within a couple of days but also kept in touch personally on a daily basis to let us know what was happening and make sure that everything went smoothly.

I placed an order on the 12th of June. Nothing had arrived by the 24th so I sent an email to ask if they could follow up, I got a response on the 25th telling me the order had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. Will not use again.

Cannot rate this company more highly. We had a issue with our BBQ (not their fault, the manufacturers) and without hesitation the team (in particular Patrick) sorted it out and organised new parts to rectify the issue which arrived within a week. Massively impressive with the service and a great price too. What’s not to love?!

We ordered a Weber BBQ from a different store but was delivered damaged and upside-down to our neighbour.

We ordered a replacement from WOWBBQ on Wednesday evening expecting that it wouldn't arrive for the planned Father's day bbq but it arrived in pristine condition on Friday (<48 hours after ordering). Very happy customers of WOWBBQ!

I have been trying to get a WSM 57 and a Master-touch Premium (3 in 1) 57 cm which has not been easy!

With Covid-19 and it being peak season, both these BBQs seemed totally sold out everywhere I searched - especially in England. Weber HQ even indicated even for themselves both are now sold out for the summer and they are only expecting some new stock around Aug/Sep at the earliest; Weber indicated I could try checking for any spare units that might be available with a UK official reseller using their online dealer locator; I did this which returned Sunshine / WOW BBQ in Bounds Green as one of the closest to me.

Initially, WOW also along with every dealer in England pretty much, were sold out too. But because WOW have such a strong website which acts as an educational resource on barbecuing generally - with tips, advise even recipes – I seemed to keep finding myself back on WOW’s website, so when I checked back a couple of days later - just in case, while everyone else was still sold out, WOW suddenly seemed to get new stock in! I think they restock more often than other dealers; they now had the Master-touch premium E-5775 on a price match, so it even came with a very slight discount on the RRP!

Over a busy period of Covid Lockdown - which ended last week - where they were not able to handle customers onsite and where everything was done online they (Patrick) responded quickly to quite a few of my emails, where I sought product and technical advice - including even as we speak with some aftersales emails helping me further obtain Weber accessories which are also mostly sold out else where - all this ongoing advice and customer support has been very useful and has directed me in my purchases. Aside from the BBQ which I can't vouch for yet, overall WOW's customer care and their knowledge of the Weber range and on barbecuing in general, their tips and their website so far have all proven to be very good and useful.

Also, in part to make sure it was in stock but mainly to get it in hand ASAP, so as to not wait on a delivery, I was even able to go into the Sunshine Garden Center Bounds Green London (where the WOW BBQ showroom is located) in person and purchase it bringing it home with me. Getting it now is great as I need it for a BBQ this weekend and this means I know I have it in hand and can assemble it way in advance and test it which I will do soon. It also means, I have a BBQ for now and so I am happy to wait a little longer for the WSM 57 because in the meantime I can even use this new Maser-Touch Premium - which judging by the diffuser plate it comes with will double as a pretty good smoker; of sorts anyway!

I have assembled the BBQ but have not as yet actually used it. I expect / hope, as Weber are a well-established BBQ brand, all will be okay with the unit itself, but as this is a review on WOW's customer service and my buying experience and not on the product (BBQ) itself, based on my overall experience so far, I would recommend WOW BBQ / Sunshine Garden Centre to other customers on the back of the good customer service and care I have diligently received from Patrick and the team at WOW / Sunshine Garden Center

I was in rush to buy a grill for this weekend and only 2 of the websites were selling the product I wanted. So I read the delivery details of both websites and noticed that WOWBBQ had same day dispatch until 3pm were other website stated dispatched as soon as possible with delivery 3-5days.. So I ordered it on WOWBBQ in the morning of Tuesday and I know due to current situation it was hardly to be possible for the item to be delivered on time for the weekend. But guess what on the wednesday morning at 5 am I received a DPD notification that the item is at my local depot ready for delivery!! And I am so happy my grill managed to reach Edinburgh from London in less than 24 h. What a speedy service ! The item itself is from Weber and the quality of it is just beyond the best ! It could have been good but one item arrived damaged. They offered a discount but I declined and asked for a replacement. Arranged a date and sat in for 10 hours for a no show! I then said collect and give me my money back as I can’t waste anymore time. They said ‘next week’ and I agreed if it was a specific time. Didn’t hear anything back but a few hours later somebody randomly turned up to collect. If they could be that quick they could have replaced it easily but presumably didn’t want to spend the money on sorting out problems. Shame.

Ordered BBQ on Tuesday evening and arrived Thursday morning! Impressive even with out what is going on at the moment!

My order was delivered in less than 24 hours! amazing service given the current situation.
Of course the Weber BBQ doesn’t need a review. They are just fantastic anyway!

Ordered some Weber BBQ parts on a Wednesday morning, but by 17:30 hadn't had confirmatory email. So I emailed (assumed I'd filled my address in wrong). Got a reply that evening with attached pdf of invoice. Arrived Saturday morning

Fast, efficient service & delivery. Anticipated delivery for my Bbq was 1 June, actual delivery was 29 May (ordered 27 May) - in time for a sunny weekend!
