ordered Weber BBQ as i had struggled to find the model in stock elsewhere. Great price compared to majority of suppliers and was amazed to see that they offered next day delivery included! WOWBBQ indeed.
Placed the order early afternoon and received confirmation via email almost immediately. Was really pleased to receive further email shortly afterwards to inform me that it had been dispatched. Arrived at lunchtime the following day - fantastic service. Highly recommended, great communication and at a super price. Thanks WOWBBQ!

My experience with WOWBBQ was great. Need a cover for my Smokey Joe BBQ urgently and couldn't find it anywhere. They had it in stock and, though they said they'd have to contact me separately to sort out shipping as I'm in Northern Ireland, shipped it next day via Royal Mail free of charge. Decent price too. I'll definitely be back!

Grill tray was damaged when unpack (Packed in factory like it) replaced shipped and received within 24 hours. Brilliant service.

My goodness they are efficient! I ordered a bbq, stand and, then later a cover. I chose the wrong cover. I rang to ask which was the correct one, and then placed an order on line. This was at about 3pm on Tuesday afternoon. I was hugely impressed when my order arrived less than 24 hours later! So helpful and so super efficient. Wow, just Wow!

Ordered an adapter online at 10.00 am. It arrived at 12.00 pm the following day. Really excellent service.

Excellent service from Wowbbq. I placed my order for a weber mastertouch premium at 1155 am, and less than 2 hrs later, it had been dispatched. I received my order 2 days later, by DPD. The bbq arrived in perfect condition, with all parts present. I can wholeheartedly recommend Wowbbq.

I just ordered a Weber 57cm Classic BBQ along with extras late Monday evening. Early this afternoon (Wed) it arrived safely, undamaged and ready to assemble.

Everything was packaged well and all parts present. No damage to anything and half an hour later I've got my grill up and ready.

Excellent delivery speed, good prices and also very importantly they had good stock levels.

They will no be my go-to place for BBQ stuff and also who I will recommend to others.

I was very keen to get hold of a Pulse 2000 BBQ (I was let down by another company previously) so turned to WoWBBQ.

WoWBBQ were just brilliant from first to last. Having checked that the subject item was in stock and that delivery would not be too long, I placed the order. Sure enough from order placement to delivery was only six days. WowBBQ sent out the BBQ pretty much straight away, and just had to wait a couple of days for the logistics company to schedule a delivery to my area.

All the way through Niall and Lorcan kept me informed of progress answering my emails promptly.

Great customer service and the item was costed at a very competitive price. Thank you WoWBBQ. Would certainly recommend this company.

After ordering a BBQ there was an issue with the original shipping company, who failed to deliver the order and then damaged the item while returning it back to WowBBQ. Niall from the customer service team was incredibly helpful in sorting out a replacement, exchanging and swapping accessories, and an alternative delivery company. The replacement bbq was delivered today on time with the new accessories.

The real test of customer service is how they react when things go wrong, and on this occasion, this company have done a brilliant job.

If only all companies were as good - I cannot fault the product ( Weber 1400 electric BBQ) or the end to end service from order to delivery - 48 hours !

Excellent experience with both WOW BBQ and Weber. I ordered a Weber Master touch BBQ and it arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately when I opened it there was damage to the ceramic on the lid. I emailed photos to WOW BBQ and they responded quickly to say that Weber would send a new lid directly to me and I could still get on with using my new BBQ. The replacement lid arrived from Weber in less than a week. Great customer service

Ordered a weber kettle BBQ that was delivered within a few days. Couple of weeks later got a dry day to assemble and found out part missing (minor part that didn't stop me from using BBQ but was part of aesthetic and also price). Emailed them, got reply next day asking for serial number. Once I provided this a new part was shipped and recieved 3 days later. Couldn't fault wowBBQ, would thoroughly recommend.

Bought a Weber master touch BBQ - great price and arrived quickly. My lid had been damaged in transit or during manufacture - but I raised this with WOWBBQ and they arranged for a replacement lid that arrived within a week and let me keep the damaged one to use in the meantime.
Really great service - would definitely recommend for BBQs and BBQ supplies.

I ordered a Weber BBQ in February for delivery on 12/04/21 as a birthday present, I called on 12/94/21 to check on my delivery to be told they didn’t have the BBQ in stock and it would be the end of April before they had stock. No communication from them at all, very disappointing and poor service.

I've used this company a couple of times in the last year and both times the experience has been excellent. I've got an old Weber gas BBQ that has been superseded, and I needed to change the ignition system. I called them up and spoke to a someone that was knowledgeable and provided the correct advice, the parts were competitively priced and delivered the next day. The other time I was just buying a new cover, which again was competitively priced and delivered the next day.

I ordered a new Mastertouch Premium BBQ from WOWBBQ.co.uk and when received the ashcatcher and its clip were broken. So I could not use my new barbecue. WOWBBQ helped by email to resolve, but it took two seperate spare part deliveries and 14 days to get the issue sorted. Despite the numerous photographs taken and my time spent to resolve the issue I was offered less than £5 in recompense for a £600 purchase.

Really really impressed. Competitive price, promptly dispatched and delivered within two days from when I ordered it and fantastic communication when I originally had put the wrong delivery address
