Have been looking for a good Weber BBQ for a few years, having owned one previously. I checked out WOWBBQ on Trustpilot and was confident that they would deliver, and they certainly did - I ordered a Genesis II on 4 Feb (Saturday) and it was delivered by their distributor (Palletways) at around midday on the following Tuesday, and they had contacted twice on the day to confirm time of delivery. On arrival they couldn't get the lorry down the drive, so the very obliging driver brought it down on the electric fooklift. The whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend WOWBBQ for your next Weber BBQ.

I wasn't expecting the latest model of Genesis II, especially for the price, but I must admit I was a little disappointed it was only the 2018 model!

Second time ordering from this company. Great comunication from start to finish. Prices hard to beat+, and amazing products.

Customer service at its best. after sales service 10 out of 10. Prompt delivery, Price was also best availible for item. highly recommend and if you need advice with Weber products they know their stuff.

Bought a Weber Q2200 from them a few days ago as they were the cheapest people by far and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. When I followed up about an accessory I was looking at, I got fast, very helpful and personal responses. These are excellent people to deal with.

These guys are terrific. I mucked up the delivery postcode. They sorted it and sent me another BBQ which arrived next day in time for the birthday. I also had a card problem. Very patient. Everyone i spoke to was so helpful and pleasant. will definitely be back

Absolutely amazing service from WOW! A faulty lid on my Weber kettle was in my hands the very next morning after emailing customer support . There is no doubt in my mind that not only will I be a returning customer, but I will recommend WOW to any one I know who’s looking to purchase a BBQ . A good price and delivery service; shame about the poor product. The Weber Traveller Bbq is not really fit for purpose. They sell the BBQ wit the adaptor kit, which really should come with the BBQ, as the Weber camping gas cylinder will last under an hour.

Ordered a weber summit kamado £999 so cheaper than weber direct , delivered on a pallet on time , opened & no bolts , fixings etc so contacted wow who put me onto weber . Weber told me i had to wait 3 months for the missing bits from a NEW unused BBQ!!!! So i got back onto wow bbq & patrick apologised & said ill get what you need from our stock, he did & was delivered within 24 hours !! Fantastic service from Wow bbq & a big shout to patrick. I put it together & my family enjoyed a fabulous fathers day bbq , thanks wow for saving the day , great service

Great website ordering process, really good communications fast and efficient delivery.

Bought the WEBER travel bbq, great product. I bought from WOWBBQ because of excellent recent customer reviews, their prices were the best available and they offered free next day delivery. They also had the travel bbq cover in stock too and I received both the next day. WEBER themselves missed a part from within the packaging, 2 split pins to hold the wheels in place, but Niall from the customer service team sent 2 from their own stock via next day tracked delivery, absolutely first class. Lots of bad companies out there but lots of great ones too, companies like WOWBBQ should be supported in my opinion, top prices + service.

Ordered a Weber BBQ from them. It arrived in 2 days as promised. It was badly damaged by the courier. Not Wow's fault. A new one was delivered 2 working days after. Palletways are pretty poor as they were supposed to collect the damaged one(that they damaged) but said they couldn't as he didn't have a job for it. Customer service from WOW has been second to none.

I previously wrote a strongly worded review. It was out of frustration at not getting any communication. Since the incident the Guys from WOW BBQ have pulled out the stops and we have received the missing grids, thus I am happy to withdraw my statement and thank them for organising the delivery of the short-delivered grids, possibly an omission by Weber but unfortunately Wow BBQ were the supplying company. All is well and they have more than redeemed themselves. Thank you Guys.

If you haven’t had dealings with this company before and are feeling hesitant, then cast your concerns aside. I cannot speak highly enough of the all round excellent service received, from the advice, to the price, the Delivery, communication. It’s somewhat unusual these days to get such a great experience when buying online, particularly when it comes to ‘The Delivery’ From ordering on Sunday afternoon to receiving the goods at 8.10 a.m. on Tuesday morning (and at no extra cost)! 2 items ordered but only 1 item delivered but after making a phone call, 2 hours later the 2nd item arrived. No complaints, we’ll done WowBBQ and many thanks.

Hi, firstly thank you for your professional customer service which I can asure you will always guarantee my custom and the custom of anyone I can convince to follow the charcoal route to sublime happiness. You are a credit to what it takes to keep a customer happy and I for one will be telling anyone who will listen. What can I say about these guys. They’re brilliant, customer service is second to non. Great price, great delivery. On hand for any questions. Big shout out to Patrick for being an absolute legend. Definitely recommend for anyone buying a Weber product.

I needed a cover for my Weber BBQ & WOWBBQ advised me which one I needed ,they were £20 cheaper than Amazon & the cover arrived the next day,all communications were answered immediately & just a great experience from start to finish...

Was worried that the prices on weber grills were too good to he true, but my bbq arrived next working day and works fantastically. Excellent company

Perfect. Customer service done right. I had placed an order for a Weber Smokey Mountain around lunch time with an expected delivery date within 5 working days. Much to my delight Wowbbq contacted me within a couple of hours to see if I could take delivery the very next day! To which I said spank me daddy yes please! In my head at least. I also want to express my gratitude to the delivery driver, who was a very friendly chap, who even brought my bbq round to the back of the house for. I can not complain at all about the service, I will be a returning customer.
