I had been looking for a Weber Grill. Looked at various retailers but decided on Wowbbq. The price was the most competitive and the Weber product range and stock levels including accessories surpassed anyone else. I placed a large order. One or two hiccups with the delivery company but Wowbbq were helpful and friendly. Particularly Patrick who dealt with the issues promptly, professionally and courteously. I would fully recommend Wowbbq they know how to look after their customers. 10/10

First class customer service!!!. Used 5 times now, nothing ever a problem when I contacted them. Infact always available with suggestions or advice. Great Weber retailer.

Firstly was sent a damaged BBQ and wasn't happy.. But the team quickly resolved the matter and sent a new one and took away the damaged one. Highly recommend.

We raised a couple of points with regard to our purchase and these were dealt with very quickly, and very professionally. I can honestly say customer service is excellent, problems are quickly resolved and show that WOW barbecue want their customers to be happy.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for purchases, as their aftercare is excellent.

Excellent customer service. I recently purchased a Weber Master-Touch charcoal BBQ. After payment was made I noticed that the item was
Selling for a lower price. I queried this and a prompt reply said that whilst I was charged the right amount (the item was reduced after purchase) a refund would be made for the difference. I was grateful for this gesture of goodwill. This kind of customer service keeps customers with a supplier. I will continue to purchase from WOWBBQ (and recommend to friends and family) in future.

I have just taken delivery of a Weber BBQ and I must say how polite, helpful and very efficient giving a very quick delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered a spare part for my beloved Weber Q, this had to be ordered in, I was kept updated all the way through, it did arrive quicker than the estimated date, unfortunately when unboxed it had suffered some damage somewhere along the line, WOW BBQ responded very quickly and resolved the issue immediately, stunning customer service, thank you WOW BBQ, highly recommended if you are looking for a new Weber or spare parts.

Prompt delivery coupled with superb communication.

I purchased a Weber kettle. On delivery and subsequent assembly I found a crease in the front leg. Advised Wow by email including photos. Reply advised me to continue using the bbq and a replacement would be supplied. 5 days later replacement arrived. A no quibble warranty is king in my view. Thanks team.

I ordered a Weber charcoal heat controller (aka a Vortex) online on 11th July, on an estimated 3-5 day delivery time. It arrived today, 12th July!! Fantastic service from WOW BBQ and their courier APC, who communicated throughout and delivered well within the two hour time slot they advised.

Great experience with WOW BBQ (after a terrible one with TradePoint). Product arrived within 24 hours, exactly at the time stated. One of the very few companies who answer their phones within a few rings!

Very efficient and prompt delivery . Slight damage of part when opened . However the true measure of the company was then revealed by excellent customer service ,Got through immediately on the phone and replacement part was despatched and arrived next day. No questions asked . Will use them again .

Be careful folks when buying a Weber BBQ. I bought one at great expense 10 months ago with cover. Having just got it ready for spring, I noticed rusting to the cuboard. Contacted WOW BBQ who in fairness responded quickly. However weber will not honour their warranty , as they say living within 25 miles of a coastal area effectively voids the warranty against rust ! Shocking. £1600 on a BBQ for it to degrade in 10 months. I don't live within 25 miles of the coast and the BBq is always covered by a Webber all singing all dancing expensive cover when it's outside.

This company knows how to treat its customers. Excellent customer service. Orders processed and delivered in time stated.

Quality products at very reasonable prices.
