Having ordered a Weber 5775 Master Touch bbq as a fathers day gift from my kids it arrived with a slightly damaged lid, the result of poor handling as was evident by a small mark on the box I hadn't noticed upon receiving the item. There was a small dent to the lip of the lid, but more annoying was the ceramic coating had chipped as as result. Although it wouldn't affect the operation of the bbq I was somewhat disappointed having paid so much for it. I sent an email to WOWBBQ expecting to be involved in a long drawn out email chain about blame and having signed for the parcel with damage to the packaging evident etc..., but to my surprise and their credit they saw the images I sent and have dispatched a replacement lid without fuss. I will definitely be using them again.

After reviewing numerous companies to purchase a Weber Sprint EP-435 I choose WowBBQ and paid the price advertised, a week later they had reduce the price by £70, I spoke to Niall who immediately offered to reduce the cost and issued a refund. The Delivery was slower than expected but was not a problem as the summer weather had deserted for rain to take over. Sorry the weather was ruined by my purchase!!. The BBQ was well packaged from Weber and took just under 1.5 hours to build with good instructions. The BBQ is extremely well made and appears very robust so should last a long time.

I was in the market for a Webber Gas BBQ and find their line-up very confusing. Thankfully I was able to call WOWBBQ who were always happy to help and answer questions to figure out exactly what I was after.

Unfortunately, the day before I was going to place my order, the BBQ I wanted went out of stock, so I had to purchase a different model from a local store instead. I then purchased all my accessories from WOWBBQ without realising some didn't fit because I had bought a slightly different model.

Upon discussing this with WOWBBQ they were extremely helpful and ultimately allowed me to return the item for a full refund.

Sent a damaged grill (handle and smoke ring) not world ending but annoying for a 'new' bbq. Took no responsibility just blamed the manufacturer. Only gave me options that would mean having to dismantle and rebuild the grill wasting time. Waiting to return but customer service seems to be staling.

Amazing experience with WOWBBQ I got my weber delivered, I was excited to put it together. However one of the side panels was bent, and the paint had flaked off.

No bother phoned up the guys at WOWBBQ, without any issue they said they would send out another side panel, next day.

Very happy about that, now that is what I call great service. I will be ordered all my Weber accessories from you now.

I ordered this BBQ from WOB, after doing research on both Weber BBqs and the companies selling them. So glad I chose this company. I ordered late on Sunday evening and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition on the Tuesday am. Not used it yet, but git some helpful videos from the company on purchase, which was much appreciated. Can't wait to use it ,and hope this weather continues.

Slight issue with the product supplied, not WoW’s fault, however they answered the phone and found a solution immediately. Would highly recommend and the replacement should arrive in time for our hosting this weekend.

Really great customer service from Patrick and Niall who responded quickly and gave some great advice on which model to buy. Dispatched and delivered within 4 working days so super quick. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I don't normally write reviews but thought Wowbbq deserved some recognition for the great customer service I recently received.

I purchased a few accessories along with a Weber Master-Touch. Unfortunately the lid had a couple of minor scratches and one of the legs was slightly bent, but upon contacting Wowbbq they arranged for replacements to be sent the same day and advised I could continue to use what I had already received as not to ruin my BBQ plans and deal with the hassle of any returns! Thank you!

Ordered a Weber Crafted Flat Top from WOWBBQ. Price was competitive and service, notification, delivery etc were exemplary and very quick on the free delivery service. Highly Recommended Company.

We are yet to receive our Weber BBQ but had to applaud the exemplary customer service we've received today from a member of the team. We've placed the order on Tues evening without realising the team won't be working on Good Friday and hoping to get the BBQ before Easter and the team rang my husband this morning to say they'll be delivering tomorrow instead of next Tuesday so we can have the grill for Easter. We were completely blown away by such kindness sand exemplary cst service! So glad we've made the purchase from WOWBBQ what a fabulous, reliable and caring company! Already a very happy and loyal customer!

We wanted the Weber grill for the Genesis e310. Paid for the next day delivery and success. Can't fault these guys for their service and assistance.

Ordered a pizza oven at about 10am on Sunday morning and it was delivered Monday afternoon. Amazing customer service and can see why they are called WOWBBQ.

I have bought several BBQs from WoW over the years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the experience. Recently bought a new gas grill through the Weber Cashback offer, and got helpful, friendly expert guidance in store towards choosing the right grill, then was kept updated through to delivery. In my view WoW achieves an excellent combination of staff expertise, personal customer service and highly competitive pricing - thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a Weber kettle grill from BBQ Wow for a great price, and it arrived the next day as promised.
I had cause to contact customer services cos I thought there was a missing part. I was mistaken, but I had super-quick responses from Niall Murray in their Customer Support department.
Very impressed overall with BBQ Wow, and will likely return as and when I need to augment my BBQ with BBQ-related accessories.

I am impressed with the fast shipping speed of this store. Their communication is prompt and they quickly resolve any issues that arise. Patrick, in particular, is a very nice and helpful person. Highly recommend!

Had my order delivered on 30/05/2024 - incomplete.
The only indication was a handwritten message 'To Follow' next to the missing item on the invoice. No explanation as to why or when
I had to ring you myself (same day) to seek further detail and a rather uninterested person explained to me that there's nothing that you could do as Weber have let you down and not shipped this item to you as a part of your regular deliveries. In addition, I was explained that the new delivery from Weber is coming in over the next day and you're hoping to rectify the problem

I am writing this review on 16/06/2024 - as of yet I haven't had any contact from you, neither received the item. In addition you still have my money that you took for selling something that clearly wasn't available.

ps. Shocking packaging - loose items in a huge box which looked like it was sellotaped by a 3 year old
