Despite my telephone calls and email…
Despite my telephone calls and email this company never replies as promised. I needed some information before I spent a lot of money on Japanese chisels. Nothing happened. In the end I got the information elsewhere then reluctantly had to buy from this company as no other company had the stock I wanted. Customer service rating zero!

The website was was easy to navigate and information was helpfully clear and accurate. the ordering process was straightforward, the delivery very prompt and with no hitches. All items packaged well and in perfect condition. Liaising with Workshop Heaven to clarify a few points was easy; prompt response and very helpful.
