Trying Japanese Hand Saws
Just got into wood carving and wanted to try some Japanese hand saws. Ordered a bundle of 4 and they arrived quickly and well packaged. The price was reasonable and the quality of the saws appeared good. I have not used them yet, but the purchasing process was smooth and easy.

Unresponsive to support emails
Ordered an item which arrived with a faulty component. I sent an email to the support@ address, that was two weeks ago and I have had no response to it. I have however been sent two requests to review the item, so here it is. Avoid these people. You'll only be happy if everything goes well, if not then they couldn't care less about their customers.
