Returning customer
As indicated in a previous review, I did return and bought more hinges, a drop bolt and throw over gate loop. Highly recommend their products and service. They truly deliver great (gate) expectations.

Being a complete novice when it comes to all things DIY, I was extremely glad to have the help provided by the team when I ordered a number of hook and band hinges. They arrived exactly as described bar some missing washers meaning a trip to screwfix, otherwise, can't fault it :)

The adjustable hinges come in pre-packed by the manufacturers and they stopped supplying the washers for the coachbolts around ten years or so.
