Easy to deal with and quick delivery
I ordered 3 stainless steel Tee hinges and a stainless steel ring gate latch from this company.
All items were as described and of excellent quality.
Delivery was very quick.

There are STILL "good guys" online
Good product, does exactly what it "says on the tin".
Very prompt delivery.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
We received your order on 29th November after our 12pm cut off point (mentioned on our shipping pages within our website) for same day despatch. Items were despatched following day on a DPD next day delivery service.
According to the tracking info DPD notified you via SMS on the original delivery day of the 1st December day to say your items had been delayed and they were instead delivered to you on 2nd December at 11:41am.
Whilts I apologise for this, this is totally out of our control and after checking this, this afternoon with DPD they have confirmed this was caused partially by the sheer volume of Black Friday items going through the system and Royal Mail strikes (again additional strain on the carrier system).
Once our apologies.

What high quality excellent products, much better than we expected even though we were hoping for good quality. Prices very favourable, quality perfect, service couldn’t be better, fast delivery. A breath of fresh air all round.
If Carlsberg started selling quality metal works, they would do it the Inwood way.

I found what I wanted on their easy-to-use website. I ordered online. The items arrived very promptly and well packaged. I had an enquiry which was personally and promptly replied to and resolved.

Great heavy duty product
The rising hinge arrived after a couple of days in a well wrapped, heavy package. We installed the hinge with the minimum amount of fuss. Very heavy duty, good quality product. Fitting instructions would have been useful 🙂

Cheapest I could find great quality
Cheapest I could find but definately great quality. Holding 1.8m long gates of the ground without sagging.
Will definately buy all future hinges from here.
