Fantastic experience at this MINI dealer! Bought a JCW from here this week, absolutely love it, from start to finish Kyle has been the model salesman! Professional, courteous, friendly and spent time going through the car's features despite it being near to closing time. He also emailed a personalised video of the car. Thank you Kyle - best dealership experience I've ever had a par above the rest! Would be very happy to do business here again some day

We've been using Wollaston for years. My husband buys his bikes and cars from there, and we've had a few mini's too. My mini was involved in an accident and the bodyshop there were amazing. So lovely to deal with people who are both friendly and professional. Nicola was a star! We love this dealership and would highly recommend them! (Indeed we did, and my mums ordered a car from them too now!) Service is impeccable and we couldn't be more impressed. The body shop did an amazing repair on my mini, thank you so much!

Excellent service from Debbie Graham however not so great service from the admin team. I purchased the car early January and still awaiting the V5 in the post. The DVLA recently advised that my address was never given by the dealership meaning they couldn't issue the document..

Thank you to the Team at Wollaston BMW and especially Mark, Nicola and Simon in the body shop. After being involved in a rear end shunt on Monday which was very upsetting the Team took total control of the repairs, delivered a replacement car and I had my gleaming car returned by Friday - you were all amazing thank you once again

I recently had some bodywork repair done at Wollaston Mini and the staff were very good. Mark was very helpful and frequently contacted me regarding the progress of the repairs, would highly recommend.

I was looking for an electric car. Wollaston Mini replied to my inquiry promptly and Kyle was extremely helpful and proactive. Of course there is a delay for new vehicles and second hand aren't easy to find either and this was a problem for me as I was changing jobs and needed a car. However, Kyle found me a new vehicle in stock and delivered within three weeks. The electric mini is excellent and just what I needed. So top marks to the team for being so helpful , communicative and helping me out at such short notice.

He even recently personally helped with a fault following my recent purchase and this was dealt with swiftly and was rectified easily.
