Great at linking us up with good and reliable options to choose from for advisors without being too many choices.

I asked for companies in Lees Summit. MO and recieved results for Overlsnd Park, KS a different city and zip code and a 20 min. drive one way. If there were not any matches for Lees Summit or any other requested cities please tell customers explaining there might be other options farther away.

The three advisors that were provided were all good fits. They each had their own approach which helped us determine which approach was the best match for our situation.

Disappointed in this service. I was very specific or detailed in my request to WiserAdvisor.com and the matching service was subpar IMHO. 2 out of 3 advisors they referred me to were not specific advisors - the resulting match was what I deem to be a cursory search catch all funnel to two companies: Vanguard’s and Fisher Investments’ referral service that didn’t meet my criteria. The 1 advisor referred that met my initial criteria didn’t have a proper access to a secure site for uploading personal documents, and after some communication with CFP I realized he was not a great fit (limited scope of his services). I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward even with a free consultation to get to know what I might receive from this CFP. I had to prod and ask about a secure portal (really?) and a list of documents needed (really?) and for something in writing to help me understand what to expect (really?) and going to receive in a FP for my $$. CFP then graciously forwarded a 2-3 page boilerplate contract so I could read and try to decipher what I would get for couple of thousand dollars. CFP responses were not thorough enough to give me confidence to move forward, so I had to move on and continue my searching journey. I will say the CFP was sufficiently pleasant, courteous, friendly, and upfront about the fixed fee for a FP.

Requested local financial one time review. Got 3 options. 1 local was told they do not do one time reviews. Other 2 out of state.

They listened and then worked on a program structured for me. They were very nice and I felt safe when talking to them.

There was no consultation. Adviser was late and only introduced their services.

Only received two responses. I guess that was because I have less than 500k…

All the contacts were easy to talk with and process went very well.

I was referred to three advisors. They all have the important credentials to be a fee-only fiduciary advisor.
Each interview lasted about an hour. The advisors were informative but not pushy. I felt that I was in control of the interview and selection process. It forced me to critically review my current financial condition and clarify my goals in choosing an advisor.
