Signed up today I do play there sister sites who I’ve had no issues with made a withdrawal of £800 says should be processed in 1 working day I will update my review after I have received payout

Update paid out next day made a further withdrawal of £350 and I received that instantly

I was very worried after depositing a half decent amount I won 990 which I withdrew I then won a further 140 I also withdraw I then read the reviews about not getting paid out I signed up on the 24th the money hit my account at 8:30 pm on the 25th I was lucky and was not asked to provide any documents but I do play there sister site too 888laidies I am very happy with the service I received

Waiting for my withdrawal …

Very disappointed with Wink. I have withdrawn money before with no issue. They are now asking to verify my account. I have sent in everything possible yet they are still asking for more! Seriously you are happy enough to take my money but when I’m owed a decent amount back you are doing everything you can to not pay out! I will keep fighting this to get my winnings!

It’s funny how I put on £10 made £62 and now my account blocked I’ve sent in all pdfs requested as proof of my identity got told it would be 4 days max an still being fobbed off an can’t get in my account customer support on chat an email are diabolical really bad behaviour? Have made several attempts to withdraw funds

Have made several attempts to withdraw funds from my account. The account is verified and all documents have been seen and are all above board. Every day since the 27/08 I have questioned why there being withheld and now the account has been blocked as I informed them that I was taking advise from the gambling commissioner.

Anyone else had this issues?

Anyone able to share their experiences?

Update 06/09. My account has been blocked, you have not contacted me privately and I am happy to take this further as it is £1640 owed back to me.i appreciate that you have to carry out checks but I have screen shot messages that state it was all verified by your team.

How do we move forward when you’ve blocked me?

I would of put nothing if there was an option.. I only put 10 pounds on and the next thing I know am kicked off saying am self excluded but y did they let me on in the first place??? We and everyone that has been bumped should take this matter to the police as it’s actually classed as fraud they should not operate and hopefully they will be prosecuted 🤬🤬🤬🤬
