I think I’m the next victim of this company :(
I have played with wink slots for years and never had a problem, until I win a large amount of £4000 on the 29/7/24, then they ask me to provide documentation, I have done all that and 5 days later I have still not received my funds or been notified that they have been verified, after reading other reviews I am not hopeful.
If I receive my winnings I will change my star rating if not I will not be using this company again, and seeking legal action.
Very disappointed to have this bad experience on what I believed was a great and genuine site 😞

Awful customer care!! I have never seen anything like it I have been treated poorly from the start I also have won a lot of money and they also asked me for proof of deposit. And now they are saying that my proof isn’t good enough so I have now lost out on 3680€ this site has SCAM all of it. Disgusting service
I won a large sum of money 6 weeks ago and am still awaiting my funds.
They have asked for verification of where my funds came from even though I only deposited £200.
They have had every bank statement from all of my accounts and they are still wanting more, I have asked several times for someone to call me and discuss what they actually need but am told this isn’t possible.
I will now be seeking legal advice

Poor customer service, dodgy site
I’ve played on this site for a couple years, it is a little buggy (boots you out the app when you make a deposit, hard to navigate to the withdrawal section) but otherwise some cute games and I’ve made several deposits and withdrawals have been paid out fine previously up until now- I won £3k on Monday and requested a withdrawal straight after and this was stuck on the “received” stage for two days. After enquiring about this and being assured it would be sorted that day, I received an email hours later requesting documents for verification. I have no issue providing these but it seems convenient that they ask for this only after making a withdrawal request. To come on here and see reviews that they’ve not paid out to many of their customers is alarming. I emailed them about this and was given a generic response and not really reassured… not sure if they’re currently understaffed or what the reason is for the dip in customer service as I’ve previously spoken to them on the phone and they now don’t even have a working line.
Will update if I do get my winnings.
UPDATE:
Have been verified, still waiting for my withdrawal to be approved and sent out but was reassured this would be the case so a waiting game now.
