Won £180 and suddenly account closed checked with gambling commission to be told they can’t do this as if you withdraw before any emails from wink they have to honour withdrawal

Absulute nightmare!

Opened my account everything fine when you deposit there happy to take your money. Finally got a little win and went to withdraw and BANG account closed email sent to me saying i failed security checks having had no correspondence before this. Live chat just pass the book saying someone will be in touch. SIMILAR POSTS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ITS SOMETHING THEY DO REGULAR WITH PEOPLE. AVOID!!!!!

win £3800 gave all my id it’s still…

UPDATE. it’s been 6 weeks today they say there sending my money i should get within 7 days wow finally however they have closed my account and i carnt go on any sister sites good i didn’t want to any way 6 weeks to wait for my money that’s if i get it!!! win £3800 gave all my id it’s still been reviewed 11 days after joke off a site there ok taking your money but when paying out use every excuse going and also closed my account takes days to get back to you and still not received my winnings it’s now the 3rd off march and all i get is a message back on here saying they are keen to investigate this however not once have they

Updated 21st march 2025 still no money it’s been over 4 weeks now they take a full week to email back with constantly asking for more info ie why people have sent money to my bank and who are they i mean what the hell as it got to do with them feel like i’m in a police interview and still no better off it’s disgusting what there doing i have even took it to resolver and will be taking it even further if i dont recieve what is mine i won it fairly with my own money

Closed account when I withdrew.. scam?

Deposited over £400, they took that fine. When I actually won and requested a £1500 withdrawal, BANG ACCOUNT CLOSED I’ve had no email requesting documents, if they are that concerned why not do this when people deposit large sums of money? I get the same automated response from live chat too!

I have took it upon myself to send in all documentation and would like this matter resolved asap as it’s getting too frequent where gambling sites take your deposit but find a delay in paying out

Very poor experience.

I’m a new customer. Deposited £10, received a £10 bonus. Every single spin was dead. The biggest amount I won was 50p. Closed account and absolutely will NEVER use wink bingo again. Awful.

Scammer site

Really should of read the reviews first I played on the site and won 140 went through the withdrawal like I've done a million times before on other sites a few days went by and nothing in the bank ,spoke with customer service who are a nightmare by the way and had me jumping through hoops to be then told I had self excluded,I hadn't and my account was closed for verification so i sent all the information they needed including a picture of me with the driving licence held up to my face (ridiculous) this was months ago still no money still closed account and still can't seem to get an answer off these scammers

I tried to withdraw my winnings told me it takes 2days to approve because of the time of year. Then after 2days they asked for proof so I sent them everything to verify the account before they could pay out my winnings they have now blocked my account. I want my money it's a week before Christmas. Yous are ignoring my emails now also I want a number to call or I will be contacting gambling commission

The site is good

The site is good, could be laid out a bit better. Having an issue with withdrawing though, I put in a withdrawal amount for £100 on the 5th December and had to give I.D documents which is fine but I still haven't received the payout. I then put in for £840 on Friday 13th and still haven't received this payout either. I have spoken to someone on the chat and they've said by end of today or tomorrow at the latest but I won't hold my breath!

*update* after communicating via email with Narcisa, I have now received the funds I was due. She was very helpful.
