4 days and still hasn't been dispatched. After messaging they're saying there are problems waiting for parts from their supplier, however the part says in stock on the website. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs

Awful company isn’t worth one star! Ordered a wing mirror after 6 weeks of waiting (was told maximum 3) phoned up 3 times to be told 3 different stories about where it was. They have avoided my emails not rang me back when they said they would. Terrible customer service on the phone they genuinely couldn’t give a dam about your order! Please avoid at all costs!!!!

Wish I could award zero stars! Do not use this company, you can get parts cheaper and quicker elsewhere. Parts are shown as in stock when they are not. Cancelling does not work and forget about trying to get a refund, you have more chance of witnessing the second coming of Christ. Staff are rude and abrupt. Wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered

I thought I was ordering a genuine Honda part. The wing mirror on a friend's car was hit by a motorist that didn't stop. Wing Mirror Man was recommended by the local car parts company. I wished I'd have checked the reviews before ordering. I phoned up gave them the reg and they said they had the replacement mirror in stock. I ordered and paid for it. It arrived 3 days later. It didn't fit so I phoned back. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude but I let him get away with it. He left me on hold for a very long time before coming back and saying yes there was one with a different fitting on the back and he'd send me a photo to my email address. 3 hours later I'm still waiting. I emailed them. No response. I shall be returning the wing mirror to them tomorrow with a covering note asking for a refund and informing them if I don't get my money back I shall be taking them to the small claims court. I'm 73, my friend whose car it is has cancer. Customers should not be treated like this.

Very long dispatch times, despite claiming “This item is usually dispatched within 1 business day.”

All requests to cancel and return items were ignored.

I ordered a door mirror on the 15th of January 2025, supposedly in stock, with a 3-4 working day delivery as it required painting. February 3rd no sign of the mirror so I emailed but got no response. February 6th, I rang and was told there was an inventory error, and it actually wasn't in stock. They could have let me know! There was apparently stock coming in so it would be up to 10 working days. February 26th and still no mirror. I rang and was told it had arrived and had gone to spraying and guess what - 3 to 4 days to arrive. I thought finally we're just about there but then I looked on TrustPilot and oh dear! It appears to be one of their standard ploys to fob off customers. I concluded that I had been lied to from the outset and obviously what they are doing is accepting an order, taking payment and then ordering the part in whilst stating it's a stock item. I had been waiting for 6 weeks so I contacted my credit card provider who did an immediate refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Dishonest and disreputable.

Very quick with delivery but very poor customer service , will ignore you via phone or app when you ask to return an item , then after several calls , emails they finally say no refund so you lose £250 such a nice company.

Ordered wingmirror on 12th Feb which was confirmed to be in stock. However on 18th Feb had heard nothing, so followed it up with a phone call. Apparently it wasn't in stock, but it was on a pallet that just arrived and would be unloaded that day. Jake assured me that it would be out to me by the end of the week. After the weekend I had heard nothing, so I called again and the part apparently needed to be ordered in. So after waiting nearly 3 weeks I have now cancelled the order. Jake's manager Joss was also very unhelpful. Hopefully I will get a refund????

Order my item on 7th Feb, still not received it on 24th February, never answer online chat, never respond to emails , have got through once 7 days ago and they said it was about to be despatched. Very disanointed, now going to bank to see if i can get a chargeback

As with many other reviews, I never received a part that was stated as "in stock". After several weeks, I cancelled the order and have yet to receive a refund (3 weeks later). The company systems do not work, there are no confirmation emails for cancellations/order status'. Avoid this business at all costs.

Very poor service I ordered a part in January that never arrived, when I contacted to find out why they said it was delayed and won’t be here for another month, I asked to cancel the order and request a refund it’s almost march and I still have not received this payment, absolutely awful company to use, eBay much better and cheaper!

These people are cowboys! Ordered the part which was listed for my vehicle on their website. It arrived and as predicted was the wrong item. Sent the part back still waiting for a refund after 4 weeks

Brought wingmirror on 26th December for dispatch on 27th, when item didn't arrive I rang the company to be told item wasn't in stock and was on order for delivery on 2nd February. Request refund, filled out online refund for m, company confirmed receipt of form and was told it would take 10 days for
refund. The customer service at this company is appalling, I rang them on numerous occasions, each time they confirmed that my refund was being processed, after 55 days and no still no refund, I enquired again to be told refund couldn't be processed as I had not filled in the online refund request form, even though the company had on 6 occasions told me they had recieved it on 6th January. I have now claimed and been refund via my credit card company. The staff have no customer service skills, Josh(manager) wouldn't talk to me, David and Jake were unhelpful.

Ordered Peugeot boxer wing mirror for a customer on the 13th of December 2024. Was told first week of Jan arrival.
This never happened. After 2 more weeks of waiting, phone calls and false promises. I filled out CANCEL ORDER ONLINE. Still to this day I have not received a refund. Again I’m told 7 working days, 10 working days for refund.
We are well outside that period. All someone has to do is initiate a refund and non of this would be necessary. Also for anyone looking for wing mirrors, GSF were much cheaper than this company.

Bought a wing mirror from this company and the website worked well until it arrived. Wrong mirror and wrong side of my van. I called this company numerous times who said I had to make an account to process my return. Ok fine; made an account and followed return instructions. No free post label and the return claim kept disappearing. Called up numerous times again with no help. A member of my staff accidentally through out the box it came in and they told me that I would be charged for a box too. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL OUTFIT to deal with. I fortunately managed to get the money back through a chargeback via my bank. If Monzo didn’t offer this I am 100% sure I would have lost my money.

I purchased 2 wing mirror indicators with Royal Mail tracked 24hr delivery on 23rd December. Whilst I understand this was at Christmas time so there would be postage delays, I was hoping they would arrive before new year due to my MOT retest. When the items did not arrive, I contacted the team to find out what was happening on 3rd January 2025. I was advised that the items I had purchased were out of stock in the UK and had to be imported which would take 2 weeks (this was not emailed to me prior to the call).

I requested a cancellation so that I could get them elsewhere as I could not wait that long and was advised to complete the online cancellation form. I completed this on 3rd January. I then received an email on 7th January stating that the cancellation request had been accepted and I would receive a refund within 28 days.

I had to phone for an update on this three times with no resolution, being told the admin staff were not available to provide an update and I would receive an email (that never came).

I do not understand why I was even able to make the order with express delivery if the stock was not available, why I was not informed of this sooner, or why the cancellation/ refund process has been so lengthly. 28 days is ridiculous anyway and then to go over that and to have to reach out multiple times to try and get an answer is even more unprofessional of this company. The staff member who finally processed the refund was not at all apologetic and a bit rude. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Said mirror assy. was in stock - week later in paint shop then no response. Learnt that it wasn't in stock after all (surprise surprise)
Three weeks on and no mirror - they were supposed to send me a link for a refund so now making a chargeback claim on my card.
Total waste of time - avoid
