DO NOT waste your time or money
This company is appalling, waited several days for a reply and always had to follow up my emails. My order took over a month to arrive, I initially asked for a refund on my order after it went over the ‘5-8 working days’ lead time, absolute rubbish by the way, as I was sick of waiting for my mats. Was refused a refund. Laura, who is extremely rude and has no customer service experience whatsoever was awful, barely answered my emails but the ones she chose to answer, were short and so disrespectful. I wouldn’t waste your time, my mats are not great quality, and the customer service is dreadful. Not worth my time or money, so do not waste yours!

The custom made mats I ordered arrived a little later than expected however, the quality of the product for the price is exceptionally good.
I think the small business have an excellent personalised product, I wish the company all the best I would definitely use again!
The mats were not correct for my car
The mats were not correct for my car, unfortunately I left it too long to fit them to get them changed, if you have a Hyundai Kona Hybrid I would suggest that you don't purchase here.
On a less negative note, had the mats fitted they seemed of a good quality.
I waited for the mats for 1 month
You don't even deserve one star. Well, maybe the lady who responded to emails quickly, but it's a shame her response wasn't as accurate as the one you'll find on their website. These personalized mats for Quasqai look like the ones in the picture. They're cheap, like the ones you'd find in any budget store for £7. I paid £19.99 on sale, plus £3.99 personalization and £3.99 delivery. The changes were supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Then, I was informed in an email that my mats were being "produced" and that the turnaround would be extended to 10 days. After 10 days, I received an email with a tracking number, but my mats wouldn't be available at Distances for another two weeks, even though the email promised they would be delivered in a week. So, I ordered the mats on February 7th and received them today, March 7th, even though they weren't at the supplier's location yesterday. Very disappointed and highly unlikely to recommend them. I'll just add that the mats from Homebargins lasted 4 months, on the driver's side. The ones I ordered are of lower quality, so I don't know if they'll last that long. Money down the drain.

Great communication. I had a slight mishap with original order but this company came through with flying colours. Excellent service, excellent product. All in all, you cannot find a better company to deal with. 11 stars out of 10.

I had to come and and write a review as I seen a lot of bad ones and was worried. Ordered blue trim Audi q3 mats . They came within two weeks and are very good quality and fit perfect . I had emailed to ask how long as I saw some people waiting weeks and weeks and they got straight back to me. Would definitely order from here again .
MG HS PHEV 2025 Car Mats
I ordered car mats for my MG HS PHEV 2025. The mats did not fit well. The eyelets for the front did not fit as they appear to be too small. The rear mat did not fit fully, there was gap just behind the two front seats. Laura has responded to my concern and she has agreed to get my coccern redressed. The support I have received is phenominal. I will not hesitate recommending this company. Please if you have any concern reach out to support.

Failed delivery promise
Ordered mats on the premise of a 3-8 day delivery. This was at the longer side that I wanted to wait but accept it. Day 9 and nothing, no communication until email and advised ‘next week’! That’s not good enough when a purchase is made expecting delivery as promised. I have now emailed to cancel and refund under my legal rights.. I cannot stand poor customer care
Terrible quality and customer service.
I ordered a full set of premium mats to replace my worn ones in my Jaguar XF. However, the mats arrived and are far from high quality. The stitching for the trim was coming away and looked like a 2 year old had attempted their first stitch.
I emailed the company, as there is no option to phone them with pictures. I had not fitted them due to the poor quality, they then asked me to send photos of them fitted, which I did. I then realised the eyelet for the fasteners were too large for the clip and seny through the dimensions of the eyelets of the original mats. It has been two weeks of emailing back and forth, with the final email stating that I was using the clips in my car incorrectly, to which I had to find replacement clips online to prove they were wrong regarding how the fasteners worked.
I still have not has a resolution to my complaint. It has now been over 7 weeks since I ordered these and I wish I never bothered.
I would suggest to stay clear!

Unhappy customer
I placed my order on 9th February and still to this day 27th February I've still not received my mats. I contacted the customer service only to be told the mats generally take 8-10 days from my order date then get told they take the same time once made to deliver. The order on the website say the order was fulfilled on the 20th February and the courier says they've been waiting on the stuff to deliver since the 20th. It's all very off putting for using the company again.

First class service. Laura contacted me to make sure everything was perfect for my new mats for the Defender 110. All sorted and made to order. Had them arrive in just over a week. Perfect fit, very much an upgrade on the old ones and really pleased. Highly recommend the team and the product. In my opinion the best out there.
