Get these Windows! They are in a class of their own, made from high grade material customized to an exact fit and far superior to boxstore windows. They went in easy and came with screens as promised. The reps are easy to talk to and will call you as soon as you order to verify order details. I was skeptical at first but after install I have decided to do my entire house.

I ordered online and the windows were a perfect fit. These are ingress, egress windows for a basement, casement style. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality and the excellent open and closure mechanism. The lock latch functions very well, have purchased pella casements and these work much better.

We live in a 70+ year old home and are in the process of replacing all the windows ourselves. We have been thrilled with the quality and ease of installation with those we've purchased through WindowEstore! We've now come to our final windows which are beautiful windows with wooden diamond panes. WindowEstore actually has a diamond pane option, but unfortunately only for the Eastern portion of the US. In talking with the company, they are now working on making them available for the Western states. Just the fact that they are willing to try and make this happen (those windows were a HUGE part of why we purchased the home in the first place many years ago!), shows that they care about their customers and their needs.

Great customer service

I ordered my window 4 months ago and still haven’t received it. The customer service rep I’ve been working with has been very good but ultimately replacing this window is the last item on the punchlist of my full gut reno and pleasant customer service helps but they have been unable to fulfill my order. This company seems to be operationally broken. At this point I would just like to get my money back and buy a window from the big box retailers…

The people here are great. If something isn't right, they get it taken care of right away. American-made quality at great prices. If you're in the market for new windows, you need to check out the windowestore.

I have been very glad to find the Window E-Store as it is a perfect fit for my way of home repairs and improvement: it is geared toward the DIY crowd. I didn't think as a DIYer I could get custom windows of this level of quality and was almost resigned to having to use the big-box drivel.

The web site is very helpful and after placing the order online there is the follow-up phone call (very quickly) to confirm measurements and details. The free shipping to a local warehouse is awesome, especially with today's ever-rising shipping costs. Heck, this is DIY, I don't mind at all having to go pick these up on the other side of town, but local delivery options are available.

The windows I ordered were spot-on to the sizes I requested and the build quality is amazing. They dropped right into my openings and fit like a glove. I did have a minor issue with the screens on one of my windows and on emailing the office about it I had a call back within an hour to work on the details to correct it and replacements were in the works before the end of the business day. My only complaint is the lead time from order to delivery is longer than is implied. I was told because I wanted black exterior windows it would take longer, "About three weeks," but in actuality it was seven weeks from the time I placed the order until they were delivered to the local warehouse. I missed an extended late fall season of great weather when I could have installed the windows before the snow flew and had to wait until some early spring weather appeared to finally get them in. But, I am not deterred and have placed an order for yet another window unit ... but have planned my lead time better this time.

The guy I talked to sure was helpful and definitely knew the product. I usually would go to Home Depot but lately I’ve been having trouble at Home Depot because the unexperienced, untrained, clueless sales people at Home Depot that grew up on a regular basis. When the final product reaches me from Windows, I have no doubt it’ll be the right size that I ordered.

I was so please with the first window I ordered, we have placed a 2nd order for 3 more windows. Ordering was simple online and they made a follow-up call to review the order in detail. I am extremely please with the service and quality of the windows.

They were easy,convenient and upfront to work with starting with the first contact on the website to delivery about 3 weeks later. Whenever I had questions or needed advice Derek was always quick to respond and took the time to really work with me to resolve any and all my questions. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the double hung windows will and we will recommend the window estore to all our family and friends.
