After placing order, I got a phone call to verify all details and make sure the change from last set of windows were correct. Remembered me from a few years back. Company is always friendly and windows are great.

Came in fast, and the window is in good shape. Some deep scratches on the inside of vinyl so it has to be painted. Beside that it looks good but not going to be in stalled for four weeks and then we will know if it's working right
