Got a phone call minutes after placing the order to confirm delivery date, then another call the day before delivery to confirm firm the delivery time.
Washer delivered on time, old one removed, new one connected and tested. Reminded to register the product for the 5 year watt anti.
Faultless service.

I hardly ever write reviews, but the exemplary service from Williams deserves mention.
I needed a washing machine quickly, and it was delivered and installed in a little over 24hrs. They couldn’t be more helpful, as well as professional and competent.
Superlative customer service.
And to cap it all, it was no more expensive than in large retail chain stores.
Very satisfied customer.

From first contact in the store the staff were friendly not pushy ,very helpful and knew there subject leaving you informed and happy to complete the purchase .then when the day for delivery and fitting the guys who came were friendly polite on time and efficient with no mess quick service and a pleasure to deal with.
