This is an update to my last review. They asked me to contact them with more information. So I provided screen shots and dates as they asked. And they just gave me a longer message saying thank you I'm sorry we can't warranty this item. So I can only imagine them asking was to appear better on the review. PLEASE AVOID

The prompt service and helpful advice…
The prompt service and helpful advice was appreciated as was the friendly approach of the staff I dealt with with. However, when I had plugged the power and charged up both handsets and set up the time and date and tried to make a call line fault was shown. I cannot make calls can you advise me how it can be made to work. Thank you d

This is usually related to the phone-line connection rather than the handsets themselves.
