I have used Williams Electrical before, and have recently returned for laundry appliances. The service, again, was outstanding. The team couldn't be more helpful from taking time in sourcing the right products to fit the tight spaces I have, to an efficient /clean and tidy installation. They even "ran" my appliances to demonstrate they worked and ensured I understood how they operate.
Everything was made easy and the prices competitive. I couldn't recommend them more highly and I will be a returning customer.

Two friendly chaps fitted my new oven in literally 17 minutes! Took the old oven out and away then fitted the new oven! So easy! 100% recommend to anyone who needs a new oven!

He took the time to answer all my questions, gave excellent advice without any pressure, and helped me choose the right microwave for my needs.

Nothing seemed too much trouble, and I always felt that he genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to come across such a high level of customer service.

Felt relaxed to wonder round and have a look the shop. The assistant came and asked us if she could help and was very good at explaining everything we asked about. We would be very happy to use the shop again.

I'm pleased I chose Williams Electrical to purchase my washing machine and fridge freezer for my new home. I wasn't sure who to choose and was reading reviews for various companies and thought I would try Williams. I mentioned it to a friend who said they had bought appliances from there and that they were very good so that made my decision to choose them.

I spoke with several of the staff members on the phone who were all genuinely helpful and friendly. I chose my appliances and the delivery and installation staff who came to my home were also just as helpful and friendly; ensuring the appliances were installed properly, working and placed exactly how I wanted. They were careful to keep everything clean and tidy.

All really good, decent, honest, trustworthy and reliable people. A pleasure to be in contact with them.

I went back to Williams after a very positive experience purchasing a vacuum cleaner a couple of years ago. The sales staff were very helpful and advised me on different modules without being pushy. I was able to purchase a machine on offer with just a deposit and they held it for me for 3 weeks while the new kitchen floor was fitted. The men were very careful when delivering and fitting the machine on the new floor and made sure it was all in order before leaving. Another seamless and positive experience. I'll be back!

Just had my new American fridge freezer delivered by the installation team from Williams electrical and I am very impressed with both the product and the service from the two delivery guys.

Though I could not get the product, I was informed at first contact and I had the option to search elsewhere.

From the first interaction over the phone....( I had a number of queries) to accomodating delivery and installation at pretty short notice, of a new TV for my 98 year old dad on his birthday a couple of day's later -Williams were superbly responsive and super efficient.

Easy to deal with, products delivered on time and with respect
