Needed a new oven for my aged parents after theirs failed. Williams were very efficient in determining the correct oven and once ordered they delivered and installed within 24 hours. The installation was very quick, and the old unit taken away. Very pleased with their service and glad to use a local company rather than a big national.

Order and delivery process simple and professional. Delivery guys gave me a quick tutorial which was useful. Competitive prices.

I placed an online order with Williams Electrical last Tuesday for an oil filled radiator and a fan heater. Both items were delivered to me an hour later! Excellent customer service! Prior to contacting Williams Electrical, I'd tried to order similar items online from large companies but their estimated delivery dates were 3-5 days. My experience shows that it's far better to shop locally!

I ordered a washing machine at about 11am and was delivered about 1 hour later. Very impressed !

Williams came up on a search and were very competitive on a Bosch food processor. They are a local company that we haven't used before but would definitely do so again for electrical items.
