New Haw Social Club & Institute would like to thank Wickes Woking & Crown paints for their generous charitable donation of materials that has been a tremendous help to us in completing a recent community project at our premises.
We would like to say a personal thank you to Paul savage, Showroom Operations Manager at Wickes Woking and Aimee Shortland, Corporate Communications Executive at Crown paints for all their time and assistance throughout this project.

Asked for assistance with a large item I needed to buy. Brian was very helpful. Knowledgeable and gave good advice. Gave me good info also with another smaller purchase. We'll done.

I have been to Wickes in Woking many times and what always brings me back is the great customer service.
Holly served me this time, she is great!!! She has great potential, probably doesn’t even know it herself, but she’s going far in life.

Brian at woking store was very helpful.
Helped us go and find what was needed even though his shift had ended and he was due to leave.

We used Wickes for two ensuite bathrooms and a main bathroom spending over £10,000 and with the exception of the design service the experience was very poor and and the delivery service an absolute shambles. We had arranged for two separate deliveries to tie in with our building work. The first delivery arrived with items missing and it was left to us to contact the various suppliers to arrange the delivery of the outstanding items. The second delivery we asked for 1 toilet cistern to be delivered early and ended up with half the order turning up none of which was the cistern we asked for. When we pushed the button on the 2nd delivery we had the same issue with a lot of items not turning up. The final straw was when we decided not to install one of the shower screens only to be told that we could not return it. We won't be using Wickes again for anything nor would we recommend them to anyone else. Which is a shame for Nick who did our design service who cannot be faulted.

19th October Update: Following Dylan's message I replied as requested and have heard absolutely nothing.

Struggled to find what I needed but Holly who was working on the tills didn’t just tell me what aisle it was down, gave me a pretty detailed description of where it was including what other products surrounded it to make it easier to locate. Very helpful and refreshing

Paul, the manager at the Woking branch was so helpful when we asked for anything he could donate to help us create a community garden in nearby Goldsworth Park.He gave us a generous quantity of top soil and bark chips to fill one of our very large raised beds.We are really grateful for Wickes’ commitment to support the local community, thank you again.

Wickes in Woking were a pleasure to deal with! They happily donated lots of bark chippings and compost for our school nature garden - they were so kind and helpful. Thanks so much!

Today I went to wickes woking as I needed guttering. I was able to get everything I needed in one shop. It was well stocked and it was easy to find.

My delivery was starting to be a disaster but Jamie Wallace from wickes Woking managed to turn it around

We are exceptionally pleased with our new kitchen from Wickes Woking since the quality and installation are top notch. We chose the Sofia pewter units with solid laminate worktops and we also had new inbuilt appliances. Since we could order everything from Wickes it was all delivered together. Our Design Consultant, Nick Hedges, made accurate measurements and ensured the installation team had the skills to complete the work. Nick was always available for any queries we had and he checked in regularly throughout the installation. I totally recommend Wickes Woking if you are considering investing in a new kitchen.

Excellent support and advice from Ken in the kitchen design department. He coped with the different opinions of me and my husband and the changes we made. Wickes very usefully allows you to make changes up to 10 days before delivery.

Personal contacts with the Wickes team, especially Zoe Hicks, was excellent. She not only came out to my house to measure everything up, but I also appreciated the good advice on e.g. type of flooring. Also, everything was available from Wickes (good brochure) so made evrything easier.

We recently worked with Nick from Wickes to redesign our open plan kitchen and bathroom, and we are very pleased with the results. From start to finish, Nick was professional and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly.

The design he created has transformed our space and looks fantastic. It definitely has a wow factor, and our guests have been impressed with the new look. Additionally, the quality of the materials used is superb, adding to the overall excellence of the project.

Nick, listened to our needs and preferences, offering helpful suggestions that made a big difference. His attention to detail ensured everything fit together well and worked perfectly.

Overall, we had a great experience with Nick and Wickes.

Zoe Hicks, our bathroom consultant at Wickes Woking was excellent at keeping us updated through the install process of our new bathroom. She was brilliant and I definitely recommend her. The fitter team Matt Rowe and his team were also excellent.
