5 stars for Jason Fox alone! He was brilliant and really created a brilliant layout for our utility/mud room. Spent ages with us on fixtures and fittings and generally really took the time to listen and think about what we were saying.

Zain was amazing, gave us detailed information on products. Will visit again. Thanks

Jags made our shopping experience super smooth. He was extremely helpful and super friendly.

Booked in a home visit appointment and no one ever showed up. Then I’m asked for a review, I’ll be going else where.

A particular member of staff was incredibly helpful, she really went the extra mile to help out. Knew the products well. I was able to make the necessary repair as advised.

We really loved our experience with Jason forndesigning our bathroom. He was able to guide us through the process. With his expertise we were able to get to a design that met our requirements in the limited space available. He also made some valuable suggestions in terms of utilization of space to maximize storage. Extremely thorough and fast with the work. Thank you.

From start to finish Wickes have been great. Marius did the design and I am really delighted with it.
However I cannot praise SABAR-BKB and his team who did the fitting highly enough. They arrived promptly every morning with a smile and worked really hard and often finishing after 7pm. They were such polite guys and every evening they hoovered all the dust and mess up and tidied all their tools away. The fitting of my kitchen is excellent and Sabar and team are definitely an asset to Wickes.

Served by Linda very friendly and always happy to help amazing attitude.

Jason visited our home to work on the kitchen design and demonstrated a very thorough and professional approach. He carefully considered the overall layout and functionality, offering a range of creative and practical design ideas. His suggestions were well-informed and tailored to the unique needs of the space. Jason paid close attention to details and problem-solving, providing bespoke solutions to specific challenges in the kitchen. In particular, he addressed issues around ventilation and extractor fan placement with excellent, customised recommendations that balanced both practicality and aesthetics.

The range of goods is excellent at wickes. Price point is bang on too, not too much like some other shops. Good quality too! Zain was very helpful on the till today - thank you!

Fantastic customer service from Jason Fox helping us build a bathroom and bringing our vision to life. Also super helpful when we had to make changes last minute.

I used the service of a kitchen designer. Unfortunately there were issues with the design, items missing from the delivery and extra units that were not required.
I could not deal with the kitchen designer due to his unhelpful attitude. I spoke with Paul Cooper the Manager who rectified the issues and refunded me for the unwanted items. Paul was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. Thank you Paul, appreciated!

After recently buying a very expensive kitchen from Wickes we have had problems with broken drawers/ poor workmanship and faulty applicances. Today will be the third day of annual leave I have taken to wait at home for their warranty/ repair team to turn up as arranged, and yet again nobody has shown up or attempted to make contact. What an absolute disgrace.
