Wickes - Lincoln Recensioni 

We order the Madison Dark Grey cabinets for our new refurbished kitchen last year September with Carl D Price. He came to our house and measured the walls. Received 25% discount as for T&C. Start putting new cabinets on the wall in mid December, unfortunately the last cabinets was hanging on the entrance door 30mm ( wrong measurement taken) Need to take down all the cabinets and back to the store to order new smaller size to match the base. Carl said that, it will be alright to cut down the cabinet, I’ve tried to explain him that this is impossible and other store member he agreed with me. He also said that he will picked up the bigger cabinet from our house- he never turned up, so I drop off the cabinet in store. He also mentioned that further orders need to go through him so we will receive the discount. Last month we wanted to add 3 x additional wall cabinets, as the kitchen walls was fully plastered, so we emailed to Carl , he done the quote with the discount on my trade account and website 5% That is fair enough but not this what he was saying in September. Then he called me after work hours to take a payment over the phone( unfortunately I work shift and not carry on the debit card with me at all the time ) I’ve sent 4 emails in a month explaining that I will pop in to the store after work, ideally at weekends and pay off. He never send the invoice to the till but he said , Yes of course,. Eventually I reorder the cabinets with different store member without additional discounts last weekend. I will not make the comments how he done the drawings for the kitchen as this need separate attention ( example; if the plinth came as 140mm high and the drowning show 135mm , you not trimmed 5mm off just higher the work top to match the cabinets and side panel , on the drawing was 135mm for the plinth and the same for the base panel , but the panel is 890mm. Don’t need to trim that off.
Wickes it’s great store and we will continue shopping at Lincoln Wickes, but any more purchases for the kitchen or bathroom we will order online, without the hassle.

Carl price was are design consultant. It was so nice to meet somebody who actually enjoyed there job he was so helpful if you’re in the Lincoln area, and you’re after a kitchen from Wickes tried to get Carl as your designer 100% can’t fault, him thanks Carl.

Carl came to our house and listened to what we wanted he measured and drew up a plan taking everything into consideration. We then went into the store today to see it on the computer! Wow it was lovely, I had a few ideas of my own but that didn’t phase him at all, listen and altered to suit very very happy with the outcome. Carl ensured that he worked within our budget but still managed to design a beautiful kitchen that we will be very proud of ! Thank you Carl D Price ( Lincoln store )

MJ Smit the Design Consultant from Wickes came out to view the kitchen. We are limited with space, he spent time looking at the various options for us to utilise the space we have, nothing was too much trouble. We then visited the store to go through the options of kitchen designs, worktops, handles etc, again nothing was too much trouble for him. The whole experience was made very easy thanks to our Design Consultant.

Carl Price was great. He came and took measurements for a bathroom re-fit and took on board my suggestions about style/colour and general look/feel of the finish. He then went away and by the end of that afternoon, he had sent photos of the proposed design. We then met in store the following day to review and finalise the plans. Carl was spot-on with following the brief. Budget was adhered to. Options were considered and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase. I have come away with a clear plan of what will happen next and feel I have value for money. Thank you!

We recently had our bathrooms designed by Ashley Turton at the Lincoln Wickes store and we honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. She really listened to what we wanted, offered great ideas, and created designs that were both beautiful and practical.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and communication throughout the process were outstanding. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and enjoyable.

Really happy with our design consultant Carl at Lincoln. He guided us through everything from our first consult to our final planning. Can’t wait to see it installed.

We visited the Lincoln store looking for a new kitchen and met Carl, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a good idea of what we wanted but Carl helped to crystalise our ideas into the perfect design. He is always happy to offer advice and suggestions and after our home visit, and some tweaks here and there, we’ve now ordered exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t be happier and couldn’t have done this without Carl, who has been so helpful and responsive during the whole process. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to redesign their kitchen.

Rob and Lucy’s customer skills are second to none and certainly had a major impact in our purchase. These guys need a raise. Well done so far. Now just waiting for the Kitchen installer survey and to set a date. 10/10.

From the moment we stepped into Wickes in Lincoln we were greeted with excellent customer service. We were approached to see if we wanted any help, nothing pushy & we were left to go back to them when we were ready. We made an appointment to see Carl Price the following week. Carl was great, we spent a few hours going through all the options & he had lots of great ideas for our space. Then he came to the house to check measurements & make sure everything fit in. Once he was happy with the design he signed that off & we went in to the store to double check everything & book our kitchen. We were never rushed or pressured. There was a great offer on & we feel we have excellent value for money. Overall a great experience, thank you Carl & the Team.

From the first moment we went into store to browse for our new kitchen, Carl was on hand with ideas and suggestions to enhance our own thoughts. After a home visit Carl brought our design to life. The attention to detail makes a good design a great one and we are thrilled. Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carl for your kitchen redesign.

We have been to Wickes Lincoln multiple times since the new year and have been helped by a young gentleman called Harry. Each time he has been very helpful and even managed to help us find a bargain in clearance items. Which believe me with a baby due in Feb and a house with only half its renovating completed was a God send, a lovely gesture for him to do considering he may have got some commissions by selling us the full price alternatives.

I have to write this review to say what a wonderful member of staff Harry is at the Lincoln branch. I placed a click and collect order and Harry put it together met me upon arrival and helped put the items in my car (I'm not allowed to lift at present). He was extremely helpful, had excellent customer service skills and it was lovely to deal with a young man who was so bright and cheerful, which unfortunately isn't always seen these days. He is a real asset to your company. Thank you.

Really impressed with the quality and choice of kitchens and accessories. Our design consultant, Carl Price was brilliant. He was highly professional and very meticulous with the design process. He understood exactly what we wanted and designed a beautiful, well thought out kitchen. He clearly loves what he does and his attention to detail was fantastic.
