Carl Price was an absolute star. He made the design process so easy. He really listened to what I said and as a result came up with a bathroom design in perfect keeping with my cottage. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their bathroom or kitchen done.

Lincoln, staff are amazing, they all know their stuff and are so friendly and helpful.

Just finished the design consultation and purchase with Ashley. Absolute credit to Wickes, friendly knowledgeable and helped us design our kitchen. The recommendations to best use the space was fantastic. ,

Our design consultation with Carl was excellent. He gave us room to express ourselves whilst also offering some suggestions and ideas that we hadn’t considered along the way. At no point did we feel pushed into anything we weren’t comfortable or happy with and he explained the whole process with us and made sure we were fully on board with every aspect of our new bathroom before proceeding. We are looking forward to the renovation starting and have no doubt that if it goes to plan we will end up with a stunning new bathroom at the end of it. Thank you!

Been in to Lincoln store with designer Carl price he was very helpful and friendly and helped keep my costs down ! He has let me know a long wait for fitting but it’s fine with me as not in a rush so works well for me 👍🏻

First appointment was in july with Carl Price. Third and final visit in store was August 7th when I also made a full payment for the bathroom.
Carl was very chatty and amenable. Open to suggestions and changes. He only gave approx. Timeline for home visit by the installer, Jamie Hardy who visited September 11th will not be returning to install bathroom until March 2027.. Yes this is not a spelling error MARCH 2027. UNACCEPTABLE. Clearly Wicks - Lincoln do not have sufficient installers. Jamie is the earliest one available!!
The reason for the low rating is 1) Carl did not at any time indicate the waiting time for installation. Clearly he would have known this. 2). He informed Jamie he had made purchaser aware. He had not. 3) Response following email to Carl regarding disappointment etc. was a two sentence reply of how good Jamie is and what a good job he did on Carls own bathroom!! " You'll be pleased with your result"
4). Loss of interest due to payment now sat in Wickes bank account not mine.

Carl Price the bathroom designer made the process very easy and tailored exactly to my needs and price range, would highly recommend anybody after a new bathroom to ask for him.

Very friendly, and profesional the design consultant i saw Martin Smit quickly understood what i wanted and explained the whole process of design ordering etc

Had a kitchen from wick when we finally got to fit the kitchen we found that a door was damage & draw front after a lot back & forth with wicks ( Lincoln ) we managed to get the parts replaced of which we paid half for the door & the draw front the will replaced as was told on the day by the salesman ( Carl price ) that be on there way to us that was on this was on the 04 July 2026 after inquiring where they are was told they tried to deliver funny that as no delivery at & iv got a front door camera & door bell there was no delivery trying to get some one to sort nobody is answering but last week got a delivery of a door blank I would not recommend any one to buy a kitchen from wicks as the after service is very bad

M j smit visited our home to measure our kitchen , he was absolutely amazing , he couldn’t do enough for us , gave us suggestions which we hadn’t even thought about , very knowledgeable and listened to what you wanted , absolutely 💯 first class , if you’re thinking of purchasing a kitchen from Wickes Lincoln he is the guy you need due to his wealth of experience and knowledge

I can only comment on the process so far in ordering a bathroom but Carl Price has been exceptionally helpful in discussing the project , guiding in choosing products and designing the project.
He is so passionate and enthusiastic about helping the customer without just nodding. He would helpfully discuss options if he felt that your own ideas/choices could be improved.
He is quite dogged in helping the customer to perfect a project.
He is a credit to any design he is involved in and very well practiced in customer focus.

Ordered a new kitchen but a bin cupboard door & a hob drawer front were damaged - re ordered them on 04/07/26 still not arrived & when contacted cust services was told to call parcel force who had sent them back as my address was inaccessible !!! Presuming they went to the flats next door .I have contacted cust services twice & not received a great deal of help 1st they refused to take a whole length of worktop & plinth back & told me to go to local shop manager - your "bespoke kitchen designer " came round & measured but after perseverance on our part they accepted them back . If my kitchen is do bespoke why do I have 2 gaps between cupboards ? I am not impressed & want y cupboard door & drawer front ASAP .These item were ordered on 04/07/26 it is honestly getting beyond a joke .A bin cupboard door front & hob drawer front small one the top . Wish i could put pictures on here .

MJ Smit, Design Consultant at Wickes Lincoln, was fantastic. He came to my home, listened carefully to what I wanted and really took the time to understand how I use the space. He then created an amazing kitchen design that has made the kitchen feel so much more functional, lighter and welcoming.

I’m really pleased with the design and can’t wait to see it brought to life. Thank you MJ for all your help and for creating such a great design!

We were looking to get a new kitchen, met with carl price, a lovely man and obviously loves his job, went throught all we required and made a few changes and couldnt ask for more. Would highly recommend.

Ashley in the Lincoln store was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking to achieve in my kitchen.

Carl was friendly, extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgeable from the start of the process to have a new bathroom fitted, and all the way through. Highly recommended.

We were looking to purchase a new kitchen. Carl Price took care of it all. He listened and then found solutions to our needs. The final design is perfect and now on order.
