Even though I shopped at a busy time I had help from Andy to put heavy items in my car. Friendly and helpful staff, tidy store, happy shopper.

We have great pleasure in trying our best to make the staff smile as we are in almost every day in wickes lichfield. Staff are very friendly especially Beverley Anne she deserves a pay rise. We love you our B x

I visit my local Wickes on the daily due to my business, I’ve always found the members of staff polite cheerful and always happy to assist or help me with any queries I may have, top customer service.

Great choice of materials and friendly staff,
especially Bev who is more than willing to help.
She has also informed me of store offers/discounts.

Submitted an application to the Wickes community support projects. The process was straightforward and Beverley and those at the Lichfield branch were most obliging. On behalf of our school I can only thank them for their generosity as the resources will really help develop the schools growing Forest school site.

Great customer service when buying a kitchen from Lynne Smith at Lichfield branch.

We had a home measure and in store design appointment with Julie Evans at Lichfield. This is the first kitchen we’ve bought ourselves and Julie couldn’t have made the process any smoother for us. She showed us many different options of cabinet, work surface and appliance and worked towards our budget whilst ensuring our needs and wants were met. Julie is a true professional and a lovely woman whose dedication and commitment to customer service shouldn’t go unnoticed - so thankyou!

To date an excellent experience with Wickes. Lynne was a big help designing our bathroom and had some fabulous ideas. Design, ordering and paying all went smoothly. Just hope the delivery and installation goes as smoothly and the end result is what we hoped for.

Helpful advice and a no pressure approach to our initial enquires into the options for a new kitchen. The all in price made it far easier to budget and removed the need to find our own fitters. Lynne Smith was very helpful and patient with our fine tuning of our requirements.

Excellent start to finish. Lynne smith from Lichfield branch was a plesure to deal with. Always listened and helped all the way through the design. Installation team amazing too with a very high standard of work and no issues at all. Would 100% recomend.

Me and my partner managed to get a same day appointment on Saturday at very short notice at the lichfield store, after we realised IKEA was not for us! Our helping hand was lynne, absolute goddess! We gave the plans, dimensions and colour scheme, even on her new software she was so helpful, attention to detail was beyond perfect and after 2 hours we clicked the button to purchase our new kitchen! Can't thank lynne enough, she knew what she was on about, she put us at ease with sticking points, and was lovely to our slightly impatient children, as let's face it, in kids eyes, designing kitchens on a Saturday afternoon was not on their priority list! Thank you so much lynne!

Jenny was so helpful. From our initial enquiry over the phone to speaking to her inshore, she provided good old fashioned customer service! We wanted some bags of top soil and she even helped load them on to the trolley and into our car. Well done Jenny, we'll visit Wickes Lichfield again.

A fantastic service from Julie Evans at the Lichfield store. Julie designed a kitchen for me. She understood the objectives of my kitchen refurb. and designed it accordingly. I found her advice to be very practical and valuable and I felt confident to trust in her judgement. Furthermore, she provided really useful perspective on other aspects of my house refurb. project. Julie was a pleasure to work with and I am very grateful for the input she has provided.

Lynne Smith, the design consultant at Lichfield, was very patient dealing with our several attempts to get a quote for additional parts for our Sofia kitchen.
