If you are looking to buy a new kitchen, go into Wickes, Lancaster, ask for Jonathan Green, design consultant. This guy has the patience of a saint, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. His expertise was invaluable. He is a credit to the company we got a great kitchen at a great price.

Simon did an amazing job designing me the perfect kitchen for my small flat. He look the time to listen to all the things that were important to me and planned accordingly. He was very approachable and always on hand if I had any queries. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish our new kitchen experience at wickes morecambe with wickes lancaster was fantastic.our sales lady janine was extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional and very helpful. She helped us through the whole experience. Nothing was to much trouble.. delivery was on time, installation on time, and installed by very professional fitters. Will be back in a few months for a bathroom

A big shout out to Simon for planning and designing our new kitchen. He provided us with options and suggestions for space and storage. Can't wait to see it fitted. The price was very competitive too. Thanks Simon.

Their website constantly lists items in stock, then when you try to order, wasting time on large orders, suddenly everything is out of stock. Address selector simply has a mind of its own. A ridiculously bad online ordering system.

Just had our kitchen designed and fitted by Wicks. Outstanding overall from start to finish. Janine designed the kitchen just how we wanted it to be and was helpful throughout the whole process. The fitters were neat, tidy, helpful and did a great job.

Went in recently to buy some paint for the house. Gordon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were after and gave us some great recommendations too. Couldn’t fault the service we had.

Easy ordering online, ready to collect from store within 5 minutes of order confirmation. I rang the store to ask if they'd bring it out to the car (baby had fallen asleep!), Vanda brought it out to me absolutely no problem. Very efficient, thank you very much

Gordon was brilliant and very helpful when I came in store. He knew exactly where everything was which made my trip quick and easy and was able to advise on the products I was buying.

Simon in Lancaster Wickes was extremely helpful. We appreciated his suggestions which improved our original ideas for the kitchen. Everyone involved including the 2 people who delivered the kitchen, Wickes store staff, plasterers and Adam who fitted the kitchen, were all professional, friendly and helpful. Adam did a great job fitting the kitchen and we were really pleased with the way he boxed in old pipework so that it blended in well with the rest of the kitchen. He even made us pan stands from leftover worktop. Our only regret was not realising that the upstands we chose required perfectly straight walls so we ended up with some gaps between them and the wall. Adam came back and filled them for us with decorators caulk, but with hindsight we probably would have opted for tiles. Overall we are very happy with our new kitchen and would recommend Wickes.

Had a bathroom supplied by Wickes and installed by one of their 'approved' installers. Too many faults to mention my old bathroom was ripped out in June and now in October I still have no sink and the so called 'approved'installer is threatening legal action if I don't pay him for work he has not done

Fantastic Kitchen design and great service! I would recommend Janine at Wickes for your next kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble and she listened to everything we wanted and made sure it was in the design. The fit has gone smoothly and we now have our dream kitchen!

Staff member Dave was very helpful. He read the list my husband had provided for me and located each item. I was very grateful for this. Wickes is a large DIY centre so to know that with a list of product numbers I will return home , several miles away, with the correct items is invaluable. Many thanks team Dave and Wickes
