Went to Hemel branch to look for new bathroom suite. Deepa introduced herself as a designer and was amazing. Really helpful and friendly. Made everything easy and whole process was smooth.

Kayleigh oliver and Fionn helped me sign up for the trade pro discount I had issues working the app and got sorted out efficiently very pleased.

We visited Wickes Hemel to start the process of designing our new kitchen, quite an overwhelming experience I've since found out! However Deepa made the whole experience so much easier! She came to our home to discuss what we wanted and then spent time with us back in store discussing and planning the kitchen we have now ordered. Some of our plans were quite bespoke which she helped us with and was honest and helpful in her response. I would highly recommend her services and Wickes Hemel in general as every member of staff has been helpful.

Oliver was very helpful from wickes, that enabled us to get the right products for the job.

We came to look for our first kitchen and we spoke with Deepah, she was a great help looking for what we wanted, giving us suitable and appropriate options and being extremely helpful with all our needs!

Came into the store after visiting another close by building and materials store with a very specific problem. Flo and Kirsty went out of their way to help me and leave with exactly what I needed. Truly a fab experience - thank you both

Came into store today to buy some laminate flooring, I came across Elliott and Kayleigh, one kindly put it onto a trolley ans the other in my car, couldn’t fault the customer service! Great work guys

We have visited Wickes 3 times in the past few days trying to decide upon which wall panel would be best for our bathroom and were given excellent assistance by Deepa on two occasions. This resulted in us reviewing our choices and, following her advice, chose a colour that we had not previously considered. We thanked her for her very pleasant and helpful customer service.

I was served by Fionn and Chris today in store. As always, both staff were very knowledgeable on products and were quick and efficient in directing me to the correct aisle so that I could make my purchases with ease at the till.
Chris could see that I had my hands full with my purchases (as a few were impulse buys) and so he offered to carry them to my car. This is super observational of Chris and a lovely gesture like this has left me smiling after leaving the store. I don’t know many other retailers that still offer to carry the products to the car.
Another thing I love about Chris, is that he knows I work as a professional face painter and buy my cable ties and gaffa tape from Wickes to secure my face paint chair and signage etc. Chris checked with me to see if I needed any more of these items whilst in store. It’s the personal touch that makes Wickes in Hemel Hempstead stand out from other rival stores. Well done Fionn and Chris.

Fantastic customer service when working on a project at a local preschool. Elliot was really communicative via email and very helpful and friendly in store.

I went in to the Hemel Hempstead store a couple of weeks a go and was behind a gentleman in the queue, it really stood out just how helpful the young lad serving was to the customer and nothing was to much trouble, a little of shops these days the staff are so unhelpful that’s why I noticed so much and then when he served me again was extremely polite, helpful and said thank you when he handed me my receipt.
I did look at his badge for his name as I wanted to write a review and thank him.
Your a credit to the Hemel store Fionn!
