Wickes - Hemel Hempstead Recensioni 

Having been very happy with the kitchen Wickes supplied for our previous home we booked a home visit to have our bathroom replaced. I received a confirmation email, however they didn't bother to turn up, nor did they call to say they wouldn't be coming. We had other things we could have been doing with our weekend and wasted an hour waiting in for somebody to show up.

We still haven't received any comms from anyone at Wickes to explain what happened.

We've now decided not to choose Wickes for our new bathroom as we expect far better customer service for such an expensive purchase.

If the pre-sales experience is this bad I have absolutely no confidence in receiving reliable after sales support if we need it.

I had a great experience with Wickes Hemel Hempstead from start to finish. The kitchen design process was smooth and the final kitchen looks fantastic.

From start to finish Deepa was professional and really helpful in ordering our new kitchen doors. She explained everything from colours to sizes down to making sure everything fitted perfectly in our existing kitchen. She has made the whole experience easy and the order was completed stress free!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Deepa Kukadia from the Hemel Hempstead store. We had a very quick turnaround from looking at kitchens on 3 April to fitting which was completed on 29 May. A few glitches which were quickly remedied by the store and fitters. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

We spoke with Wickes regarding a primary school project. Their funding for charities has changed since we last looked so we were not able to get all we needed, however Elliot was able to organise and deliver (which wasn't easy) some of requests to our school which has saved us a nice chunk of money and time.

I did find it a lot of calling before finally being in touch with Elliot who made the process quite smooth.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Flo helped us choose the right timber and MDF for our built-in wardrobe project, and her knowledge, patience, and customer service were absolutely incredible.

From the moment she started helping us, it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure we picked the right materials. She was extremely insightful, explained everything clearly, and gave us so many brilliant ideas that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Her advice made the whole process feel much easier and gave us so much more confidence with our project.

It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way Flo did — by far some of the best customer service we’ve ever received. She is a real credit to the team, and we hope her hard work and talent get recognised.

Deepa Kukadia was absolutely fantastic, we did not feel any pressure sales at all which was great, she explained in detail of all the worktops we were looking at and she recommended one for our budget which we are very pleased with. I would just like to say a huge thanks you to Deepa Kukadia full marks for the service. I will definitely be recommending Wicks to people for kitchens and worktops.

Ian at the Apsley store was just outstanding in his customer service and helped me through everything i needed, including asking if he could help carry bags to the car. Probably the best experience i have had in Wickes anywhere. Thank you for all your knowledge and support through my purchase. An absolute asset to Wickes.

I approached Wickes through their community project for roofing materials for our Repair Shed timber store.
The application was approved in a day and collected soon after from pleasant store personnel.

I called the Store at 8 am to confirm if they had a kitchen in stock, I spoke to a very helpful member of staff, Kevin.
He was in store when I arrived at 2pm, and spent his time collecting all the items I needed loading the trolley and storing it for collection.
He went above and beyond, Thanks Kevin 5 star service.

We had a great experience when we were redesigning our bathroom. Deepa was absolutely lovely. She listened to what we wanted and helped us perfect what we wanted by offering her experience! There was plenty of communication and it all went very smoothly. Very happy customers.

We met with Kalpesh Bhatt to discuss the design of our kitchen, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was patient, attentive, and provided great support in helping us plan the kitchen exactly how we wanted it.
Kalpesh took the time to go through the design in detail, answer our questions, and offer useful suggestions, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated his professionalism and help.

Needed a bit for a broken lawnmower handle. I asked B@Q for advice. They suggested I needed to buy a whole new machine. Nassi at Wicks was excellent, she sorted me out with a bolt and a washer which cost just £4.50. Great service.
