Hi George, Thank you for taking the time to leave your Trustpilot review. We're delighted to learn about your experience with us and how pleased you are with the service provided by Luis and his team. We do greatly appreciate this feedback and can't wait to welcome you back into our store. - FB
Great experience
Being a single mum of two, I certainly put off the drips and the damp corners in the house etc. Given the kids are back at school soon, I’m ready to give the house a little belated TLC! I went into the shop to make sure I got the right items (knowing definitely needed a hand). I believe the gentleman who helped me was Luis C. (I was a little frazzled), he was very lovely and patient with all my questions and gave me some advice which were very helpful - I can’t thank him enough!
Shopping in this branch definitely was not as daunting as I imagined, shop floor was clean and everyone was friendly - highly recommended

Outstanding customer service
I must have looked a little confused in the store while shopping. It's not often that I go to the extent of writing reviews, but the support and advice we had from your employee, Luis Culcay, was outstanding. He made some great recommendations and took the time to listen and understand exactly what we needed. That probably saved us an hour of our time making decisions. Thank you, Luis—you are an amazing asset to the store.
