Joe was very helpful and professional. He responded to my ideas and suggested some new ones. I had quite a lot to fit into a limited space but he always found a solution, and finally designed a kitchen which was better than I had ever imagined. I can't wait for the installation.

After making a huge mess of an online order, I came in and Sam was incredibly helpful! Super patient despite it being a busy Saturday she completely fixed my mess, knew the system entirely and handed me everything I needed to make a quick call. Sam saved me well over £300 (My error) and I am incredibly grateful! Absolutely top marks customer service, thank you Sam!!

Lee Miller came out, listened to our vision and offered advice and ideas to make our dream kitchen. The fitter, Curt is a master. His perfection and professionalism really is world class. Overall very happy with the experience

Katie designed our kitchen even better than we were hoping. She came up with the plan really quickly after the initial on site visit. Her enthusiasm and artistic flair were really helpful and much appreciated. Totally comprehensive planning. Looking forward to the next stage.

Lee was a great help from the first visit to the end of the planning. Very professional & helpful and very understanding knowing I was on a tight budget for my new kitchen. With his help I'll have a fab new kitchen.

Wonderful service from Ben. He has been nothing but helpful and professional from the first kitchen design meeting to final confirmation and ordering. Listened to all our ideas and helped accommodate all our wants in the design. Made the whole process enjoyable and relaxing. Can't recommend him enough.

Excellent bathroom design service by Katie. She was flexible and patient whilst I considered options. Unfortunately, Wickes couldn't supply all of the products to fit with the brushed brass theme so I had to source elsewhere. The delivery schedule was not provided until after installation which wasn't helpful. The toilet had to be replaced due to a fault but Wickes managed this well. The bathroom fitter Jacek was outstanding in every respect. Overall I'm delighted with my new bathroom but my rating takes account of the minor issues raised.

Katie was friendly and knowledgeable. Upon reflection I would have liked to have been offered more of a chance to look at payment options over a longer term therefore not needing to pay a deposit . All in all though a job well done .

Working with Katie was an absolute pleasure. Her professional yet friendly approach made the entire kitchen design process completely stress-free.She was incredibly easy and flexible to work with, effortlessly accommodating our busy schedule (we were still in the process of moving)and changing ideas without hesitation.If you want a highly skilled expert who feels like a friend guiding your project, we cannot recommend Katie highly enough.

What an amazing team at wickes hedge end. Recently had a whole new kitchen designed and supplied, Katie Dacombe Design Consultant was absolutely brilliant. Especially as there was no physical room to measure and see to start with as part of a garage extension and conversion. Katie was innovative, considerate and insightful with the design and we are so happy with the result it is so much more than we hoped for.
Katie also helped us with other areas of the build, measuring and calculating flooring, assisting with issues on delivery and processing refunds of unused items.
Would throughly recommend wickes hedge end and Katie Dacombe if you need a new kitchen designed.

Just ordered a new kitchen with help from Holly Hawley (Design Consultant). Holly was simply brilliant. Excellent comms from the moment we made contact and her knowledge of the kitchen range made the design & order process so easy. It was a real pleasure dealing with her and we ended up with a better kitchen design that we had expected.

From the start of the consultation right through to the order, Katie listened to our requirements and delivered an amazing plan of our future kitchen. Katie also offered sound professional advice on “what’s best” for our particular project and showed examples enabling us to visualise the suggestions and decide with ease.
I can’t rate Katie highly enough and just wished all companies had a “Katie” who is customer centric.

Purchased a kitchen from wickes at Hedge End and found Katie so helpful and easy to work with! We were really happy with the service, price and the options we could choose from - our kitchen is now nearly complete (just waiting a few final touches from our electrician) and then it will be complete and we couldn’t be happier.

Just worked with Katie, would helped us totally redesign and remodel our bathroom. It was totally painless, she originally came out to our home and measured everything and designed the most perfect bathroom for us.

Lee was super accommodating, found what worked for our THREE (!) projects and found us fitters to complete before baby arrived. Thank you Lee

On entering wickes on Sunday morning, I asked if they could remove the padlock to buy a 4ft x 6ft fence panel.
I was told at the counter by the customer service till I had to manoeuvre it myself as they don't unlock the padlock.
Being slightly disabled due to an operation I found it very hard to remove the panel.
And the customer service disappointing.
If all your staff are like this you should be ashamed to call them staff and retrain them.
I,m glad all people at hedge end store are not like that.

The kitchen design and service received by the kitchen designer Lee Miller was excellent.

The installation of the kitchen was very good too. The finished kitchen is to a very high standard.

There were a few delays in getting the kitchen completly finished, which is why this is a 4* and not a 5* rating.
Firstly due to delay within Wicks for delivering 2 items, that needed replacing as the originals were damaged, arriving after the installers finish date. Fortunately, they were able to come back 2 weeks later to fit them.
Secondly, it took nearly 2 months to resolve the installation of the extractor issue.

However I would recommend Wicks kitchens to friends and family as we are very happy with the final result.
