I was assisted in designing my first kitchen by Ian Baker in store, who was incredibly helpful and ensured he had the time to fully address any concerns or questions about the whole process. Having been to a few other suppliers who, I can honestly say Ian and the team have surpassed all expectations in terms of design and assistance.

Waited in 7-7 bank holiday Monday. Delivery never arrived no texts , emails or phone calls just didn’t turn up. The next day lots of apologies when we contacted them and slot was until 1pm. Didn’t turn up. Told to wait “7-7” and still didn’t show up but we were atleast called and informed tomorrow now but definetly by 1! Again today not turned up by 1… or 7pm ? So three days of waiting 7-7. No delivery , only one day were we were contacted at around 2pm after waiting from 7am that day.

Wickes need to get a better delivery system. Project delayed by 4 days now . Children missed out on a bank holiday day out for no reason and the only real feedback were getting from wickes is the delivery times are estimates and not guarantees and that all delivery’s are 7-7.

Absolutely appalling. How can this be acceptable. No doubt we’ll be given another wait home for 12 hours again instead of rectifying the issue themselves or actually sorting the issue. Blaming it all on the courier isn’t acceptable. Chose a better courier or fix the issue yourselves. Stop wasting customers time.

Called Thursday to be told that the delivery wasn’t even rebooked onto any fitters deliveries with no explanation or genuine understanding of how much stress this is causing , no one had reached out to us to tell us this and no doubt they’d of not reached out if we had no contacted them.

Called customer services where I got through to a lady called Rishana, very patient , very understanding even when I was angry and has contacted the store manager and regional manager. Tomorrows 5 days after the delivery should have arrived. Project now delayed by a week, tradesman paid as it wasn’t their fault nothings turned up. Thanks wickes.

Ian at Caerphilly store was very helpful and friendly. From the home visit to the final design. Everything was plain sailing.

We met Ian a kitchen designer at the Wickes store in Caerphilly and were allocated a Home Visit within the same week and a follow up visit a few days later. We were very happy with the suggestions made and the explanation of how the service works and therefore placed an order for a new kitchen including all appliances.

Ian Baker was fantastic with all my needs for bathroom refurbishment , came around to measure and helped with ordering tiles for my bathroom and Hallway ...when they were on offer .

Visited today to buy interior door handles, Jacqui the lady who served us was very helpful. We needed 7 pairs however there was only 5 on the shelf. She contacted Selena in the warehouse who moved pallets around to access a storage basket containing 2 more pairs, so a job well done which was much appreciated.

Received excellent customer service from James over at Caerphilly branch with a full kitchen design from start to finish, James throughly explored all options available to us and talked us through all manners of design and products available which best suited our needs whilst navigating some tricky design obstacles

James was also more than happy to facilitate additional works that we requested in regards to a large amount of flooring to suit the newly designed kitchen and adjacent rooms

With a clear plan and flexibility to make any alterations throughout, the upcoming process of getting our new kitchen and other works needed seems to be on track

Very pleased with our new Kitchen supplied and fitted by Wickes Caerphilly. Ian who designed our kitchen was very helpful,knowledgeable and patient with all our needs. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. And the quality of installation was top notch. Would highly recommend

Visited the Caerphilly branch to pick up skirting boards and beaded MDF panelling to decorate the nursery. Asked one of the staff members, Liz, for some assistance with the panelling as couldn’t see it in the location similar products are stocked. Turns out, this particular item was right at the front of the store and Liz showed me where and offered a some extra advice on matching. Staff member at the till was helping a customer with a query so realising this, Liz jumped on the other till to get everything scanned up for me and saved the wait. Generally I find the store well laid out and easy to find the items I need for DIY purposes, good to know staff like Liz are friendly and helpful if you get stuck though.

Overall, we're very satisfied with our purchase and the customer service we received. Ian (Caerphilly branch) was extremely helpful and patient with us.
We are extremely impressed with the money we've saved as a result of the current Easter sales event.
I'm counting down the days until we get it fitted now!

Ian is always willing to help , if it's first thing in the morning helping to load my van or even if I got there after his shift had finished , he will always help no matter what the weather . He will always sort out any issues we have we have and always goes above and beyond . He's a top bloke 👏 👍 Russ from access4lofts
