I visited the West Bromwich shop on Saturday with my 4 daughters and 2 Granddaughters we met Kayleigh and she was amazing! Nothing was to much trouble she was so understanding and been an older bride she really put my mind at rest and made it the best day! Dresses were lovely so were the bridesmaids dresses would 💯 recommend here and Kayleigh you are amazing at what you do! Thank you xx

I found my dress here at the first shot! i have been in the newcastle store and the staff was very friendly and helpful to find the perfect dress for me. anyway for me there are few things that i think will made the experience better for the future brides. i didn’t like that my family didn’t have a sitting area next the fittings rooms, and they have to waiting for me standing up.. and please please change the purple/pink polka dots storage bag with something else because doesn’t look like “bride style” at all.
I will recommend this store or in general Wed4less because they’ve got a unique design, affordable price and great staff.

I said YES to me dress today! Kaylee at the West Bromwich store, was amazing, so patient with me and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted, she really listened to everything I wanted and helped me understand the style I was looking for. The dress I chose in the end was Kaylee's wildcard pick and was not one I would have picked up myself initially, but she knows her stuff and it looked fantastic, they are welcoming, not pushy, give you time to think and they definitely want what is right for you.This shop is amazing, I can't wait to wear my dress. Thank you so much x

I visited your Stockport store on Sunday. I was very nervous and genuinely not thinking that I would find anything that would be suitable or make me feel confident.
I was met by Carol on arrival. Carol took the time to find out what I wanted and was so relaxed with me that I could not help but feel better. She allowed us time to browse through all of the dresses and offered guidance when she was asked, which was a lot by me!
After choosing a selection of dresses we went to the changing rooms. I was beyond nervous about getting undressed, but she was just so lovely. Her approach was perfect, her reassuring manner left me happy to be helped into the dresses.
I found my dress and am so excited to wear it on my special day.
I cannot recommend the store enough. The range of dresses I think would allow everyone to find their special dress, but more importantly the way you are treated in this store is so wonderful. You will be treated with kindness, patience and care.

I visited the new branch at Dean Clough in Halifax on Sunday 21st April to find a bridesmaid dress for my 8 year old sister. Being able to see the height of the building from the entrance showing all 3 floors of gorgeous dresses makes it stunning from the second you walk in.
Everybody we dealt with was lovely and very helpful. Katie helped us pick the dresses and was with us while my sister tried her dresses on, not rushing her at all and letting her make up her own mind on what she wanted to try on next. Narrowing down the choices my sister ended up picking a white flower girls dress which Katie then handed the shawl to go with it and my sisters face just lit up.
To say I was expecting to be ordering a green bridesmaid dress but ended up ordering a white flower girl dress instead just shows how patient and flexible Katie was to help my sister feel special.

There was a large selection of dresses even for such a young age and it was made clear to us we could order in any size (they didn't have all sizes to try on which is understandable due to how many styles of dresses they keep in store but this wasn't an issue).

I will be returning again in a couple of weeks to look for dresses for my maid of honour which I am definitely looking forward to.

I have already ordered my wedding dress choosing to buy from the shop my mum bought her wedding dress from 20 years ago, but if this hadn't been an option for me with sentimental value then I would have definitely bought it from the Halifax branch.
Of course I didn't browse the wedding dresses but from what I saw on the mannequins while walking through, there are some stunning options.

I would recommend this store to anyone, thank you all for making this a special visit <3

Absolutely amazing first experience trying on dresses! The staff were so comforting and welcoming! They really went above and beyond when I was starting to feel faint and dizzy! They were so patient and inclusive! The quality and range of dresses was amazing - the website doesn't do it justice! There's so many to choose from and they never rush you, and you can spend the day there if you wish! I'll definitely be back - as I keep thinking about one particular dress! 💕❤️💛 Thank you, Wed4Less in Rotherham!

Katie at the Halifax store she’s great smiley can hold a conversation really nice girl she was interested in what we wanted she took her time didn’t feel rushed was amazing with telling us all the different choices you can get definitely recommend visiting if you haven’t been before felt really inviting store is beautiful

This place is amazing .
Huge selection of wedding dresses at a very reasonable price .
Very attentive assistants who went out of their way to help me choose my dream dress.
I entered with a style in my mind and came out with a completely different style of dress.
This is all down to Lesley, the dresser who coaxed me into trying something different, and I'm so pleased she did 😀

My daughter and I visited the Burton store in September 2023. The staff were very nice there, but my daughter really liked one of the dresses that was on a mannequin and had to be ordered, not the dresses that were available to take away on the day. Lo and behold we were told that if we paid an extra £50 they would be able to get the dress into the store mid-December. My daughter's wedding was on 23 December so we thought this would be OK and booked the seamstress for that date. We never heard anything so mid-December my daughter started phoning them. No-one seemed to know where the dress was. One minute it was in the country, then it wasn't, then it had been sent to Newcastle, but they weren't sure if it was in Newcastle and they couldn't guarantee that it would ever get to us. Anyway the day was getting nearer so we went back to the shop and tried the dress on again that was on the mannequin. Unfortunately it had some pulls in the material so it was unsuitable. We ended up buying a dress that was the same style but 2 sizes too big. We took it to one of the seamstresses that Wed4Less had recommended and after having to go back again as she hadn't done everything she said she would, we eventually got the dress 2 days before the wedding.

Although Wed4Less refunded us some of the money and gave us a present (wow) the stress that this caused us before the wedding was ridiculous.

I would never recommend the shop in Burton to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress. It just isn't worth it.

I went to the West Bromwich store today and was seen by Kayla. Wow! I honestly have no words. I was so nervous being the bigger person that I could barely walk through the door, but Kayla encouraged me in and from that second she was nothing short of amazing! Kayla did everything she could to make me feel comfortable, even right down to letting me keep my clothes on! (A bit unorthodox I know, but they weren't coming off) .... I loved how she was honest with me but in such a gentle way and she beamed me up with LOADS of compliments and encouragement. I believe everything happens for a reason and I needed someone like Kayla today and she didn't let me down! She even held my hands at the end when I said yes to the dress! I never thought that my day would come let alone be that amazing and relaxed! I just want to say thank you Kayla for making my dreams come true and for making my day possible! You are a special lady and wed4less are lucky to have you! 💜💜

I turned up on Wednesday at 4pm to the Stockport branch, Google shows they shut at 5, as does their website. I was told it was too late for them to dress me but I could look around, there was no other brides in at all. I kept being told by the manager (Debbie) that they shut at half 4.

I decided to go back today (Saturday) and turned up at 3pm, I was advised again by Debbie they were too busy and couldn't guarantee being able to dress me as its their busiest day. She advised me to try a different day, I told her it was the second time that I had been there this week. I asked to book an appointment so I didn't keep getting turned away, she told me they don't work on appointments.

Debbie was incredibly rude on both occasions, she couldn't have given less of a crap, didn't suggest anything helpful in terms of best times to turn up.

I won't be going back, the service is non existent.

Brides to be, just go with the expectation that you won't get the treatment you deserve!

I visited Wed4Less West Bromwich today with my future daughter-in-law and my sister. We had a lovely experience with the staff being so friendly and helpful. The bride-to-be tried on 5 beautiful dresses and was able to FaceTime her mum in India so that she could be a part of the day. The assistant was so lovely too and helped to show her the dresses in great detail. Unfortunately, due to cultural differences, she didn’t end up saying yes to a dress. She said she felt like a princess in all of them but none felt quite right. She did find a fabulous tiara though and we bought that. She had previously tried on my wedding dress and loved it but we wanted her to be sure it was the right choice and so although she didn’t choose one on the day, it answered the question for her and we can’t thank the girls at Wed4Less enough for being so understanding and for making our time there so special.

I walked into Wed4less in Rotherham feeling so sick and nervous! First wedding shop we had been to. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, we was greeted by Beth who was so lovely, me and my friend got given 4 tags to hook on some dresses that I quite liked the style of. I was kind of expecting to have to find the dress myself but Beth was in and out of the changing rooms with different dresses for me, she listened to what I liked and disliked about each dress. Beth made me feel so comfortable and we chatted about all sorts. Eventually we came to a dress that I really liked but didn’t love, there was just something about it I didn’t like on the bottom and I didn’t know what. Beth & the manager Jayne knew the problem and decided on customising the dress by using part of another dress…and that was it! I said yes to the dress! One of the best experiences of my life and it’s all thanks to Wed4less in Rotherham, the drive from Hull was so worth it and I would recommend any bride to be to visit!

I want to show HUGE appreciation to Angie from Wed4less Newcastle. I actually told her that fairy godmothers exist and that she was mine!! I get married April this year and had really been struggling to find a dress I felt comfortable in as I have a large chest area. Having tried so many dresses on previously and not being able to say yes to the dress I was unable to order one and I put off trying dresses on because I felt so deflated thinking I’d never find the right dress. I was so anxious and I explained how I was feeling about my shape etc, from the start Angie reassured me she would look after me and find the dress for me. I was completely amazed because the very first dress she gave me to try on was the perfect dress for me she just knew instantly what was right for me. We still tried a few others on but we both knew the very first dress was for me. Considering she only had a limited selection because I had to get an off the peg dress she did it and I am still completely amazed and will never forget her or the amazing help she gave me. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She told me it was like that dress was actually made for me because it was a perfect fit and I felt that way myself! She was absolutely perfect in every single way and I want her to know how much I appreciate her help she has taken so much anxiety and worry away from me and made me super happy knowing I’ve got a beautiful dress that I love and actually feel comfortable in.

I went for my wedding dress this weekend and I was terrified..I'm a big girl and also almost 43 so was sure I wouldn't suit anything or find anything, I was quite emotional when looking thru the hundreds of dresses thinking I'm going home empty handed here...

How wrong was I ??
Firstly Michela made me feel so at ease, hugged me sat me down and talked me through what I wanted and how she could help, she was amazing and made me realise I could do this. Then Julie gave me amazing encouragement while trying in dresses and made me feel like a million dollars..if it wasn't for these ladies I would never have found a dress..

But I said yes to the dress and I actually cried in it , I never felt more stunning in my life

Absolutely gutted now tho as I have my perfect dress I can't go and do it all again haha.

Can't wait til it's ready to collect now

4/2/24 Got there for when opened on a Sunday was shocked that there was already people waiting. Was enlisted with Nicky to help find a prom dress for our granddaughter. She was so helpful and knew what she was doing even thou she said it's her 4th day. Stunning dresses to choose from and so many colours. She tried on 5 dresses altogether one was in green but she had set her heart on red and this could be done. Beautiful dresses was ordered with no hassle. Well done Nicky for your time and helpfulness.

From walking in to coming out on all 3 visits i had here i was made to feel special! The ladies that work at this store are wonderful i walked in not knowing what i wanted and ended up with the most beautiful princess dress thanks to the wonderful rachel beth and jayne that never once got annoyed or frustrated with me when i must have had what felt like a million dresses on 😂 highly recommend this store

Been here today for a wedding dress, the ladies there were very welcoming and helpful. I picked 4 dresses to try on and the first one I tryed I fell in love with (its so true that the dress picks you)

So I went to the Stockport store on 27th December a little apprehensive because as a bigger bride it is sometimes more difficult to get the dress that you want. I was looked after by Sam & Debbie who I can honestly say were amazing as were the rest of her colleagues. I felt at ease straight away and although I went in with an idea of what I wanted I also had an open mind. Needless to say I got a totally different dress than I imagined with no worries on any of them fitting me. I was even shocked that I need to do no alterations and that I even needed 2 sizes less which truly amazed me. I came out feeling amazing that i had a beautiful dress and the knowledge of the team and helping me decide truly made the experience one of the best. I would say to any bigger ladies please visit this store you will get the best treatment and an amazing dress at a great price x

If I could give 6 stars I would.
We were greeted straightaway with a warm and welcoming manner by Jayne & Beth. We were given x4 pegs to go round and pick some dresses. Jayne saw to us and was wonderful. She was kind, reassuring & nothing was too much for her. She had brilliant knowledge of the dresses. It was a relaxed atmosphere, and as MOH I felt really involved which was nice. Couldn’t thank these ladies enough, and we will definitely be recommending these lovely lot to other future brides.
