Fantastic company - best trade in price even though I marked the phone as 'faulty', it worked perfectly but has deep scratches to the screen. Trade in pack received within 2 days, and payment received within 24 hours of phone being sent.

Fast efficient services, I won’t lie I was very skeptical at the quote of £192 for a damaged iPhone 13 Pro as it seemed high and thought it would get dropped down but nope, arrived and inspection on same day with funds transferred within minutes of receiving confirmation the inspection had finished! Very good service!

Device found to not power on so lower offer provided which is fine, but offer suspiciously just below price of the cost I would have to pay to get the device returned so made to feel like no choice but to accept and felt like they likely did this on purpose. Maybe I’m suspicious though!
