I received my item in 8 weeks, which I personally find average for a custom-made item. I shopped around before ordering from them. Yes, I could have got it from my local store, but it was double the price and the same period f not even longer. I ordered form them and it turned out to be great. I know that they mainly offer email customer support. But for me it was OK. And I find they do reply promptly. I am dealing with an online company after all. For the price I paid and the product that I received I can safely say the whole experience was A1. I would buy again and recommend them.

I would not recommend using webjacket. They over-promise and under-deliver. Their customer service is an email address that only sometimes replies to queries by those who have placed their orders. They did not know I was testing their site to see if I would place a larger order for my organization. The outcome is that I will not use them.
Do not expect that they will keep you updated or deliver any better than an average product. Lower your expectations to near zero and you will not be disappointed. I cannot fathom the other reviews on this site being accurate given my experience thus far.

I ordered 2 jackets from these people and got them 3 months later. There is no customer service. The "customer service" number tells you their email address. I emailed 3 times and they only responded when I threatened to call my credit card to dispute the charges. Then I was told over email the jackets were shipped and weeks later I get an ermail that they had just been shipped. The jackets arrived a bit dirty. They overcharge for shipping:$44 for 2 light jackets and you get them in a plastic bag. Shipping can't be more than 15 bucks since you get the stuff months later.
The good reviews here are fake. They are not fast and rarely answer emails.

I bought a custom jacket from WebJacket, and I am just thrilled with iit. It's so beautiful that the first couple of days I found myself going to the closet just to look at it. They do beautiful work, and they have that special customer-oriented quality that makes for a great buying experience.

I wanted to take a moment to commend and thank your company for a "job well done." I am the President of my high school's Alumni Association. We currently have Alumni blazers that we use for formal meetings and such; however, I also wanted to have a nice raglan sweater to wear to casual events in my school color. My plan is to add the same Alumni emblem on my sweater as my jacket.

we ordered 45 varsity jackets form webjacket.com and they turned out to be great. They deliver them on time. The colors, embroidery and workmanship were just superbe. We worked with webjacket on our design via email. They exceeded our expectations and all the coaches, students and parents loved the jackets. Best of all the price was so good and less expensive than most of the online vendors and all of the offline vendors that we visited. We highly recommend them. We will be purchasing our school jackets form webjacket.com for years to come.

Great value for the money. That's how I would describe Webjacket. I was looking for a company that can remake my old varsity jacket. And I was on a budget. I ordered their wool and synthetic leather varsity jacket and decorated with my embroidery. The result was amazing, They even went beyond my expectation. Thank you webjacket. as a satisfied customer. I ordered the Jacket in Feb. and literally never heard anything back from the company. I sent 2 emails requesting a response when I finally rec' one. They ended up refunding 50% of my payment and the jacket came the next day (yes it was still several weeks late). Overall I like the jacket, fits well and looks nicer than I expected. If this company could just get some kind of customer service process in order I do believe they would be a huge success. At the end of the day......I am a very satisfied customer

I rec'd my jacket today and cannot express my appreciation for being able to present it tomorrow evening to my little Godson. WebJacket has been an absolute joy to deal with.

We ordered a letter sweater from web jacket. We ordered a dark green sweater with matching buttons and white detail. We viewed the sweater in their online virtual designer. We also viewed the online color swatches. The sweater that was sent si an ugly olive almost brown. Whereas the green we ordered was a dark kelly green.

There is no phone number to call them. They list one but it is a fax. Their response was that I could order another product for 30% discount.

This is a scam. Don't order from them.

They are listed as a company in Canada, but I don't think that is correct. That is why there is no phone number. It took ages to receive the product.

I used webjacket because of the many various ways of customization. The jacket was stuffed in a plastic bag instead of folded in a box and shipped so it was badly wrinkled when I received it and could have been damaged. Totally disappointed with the quality and workmanship. I have a jacket I bought off the rack that was 100 dollars cheaper, but much better quality. When I tried to call this company, no answer. They only have email support. RED FLAG. The good news is I only ordered 1 jacket and we will not place anymore orderes to this outfit.

DO NOT EVER ORDER from this company. They will TAKE YOUR MONEY and you'll get nothing in return. They will not contact you or even give you a real number to call, and this company IS NOT REAL. I've never reviewed a company online, ever, but the amount of anger that I have from dealing with this horrible "company" is too much to keep to myself. I ordered $233 worth of merchandise from this company and NEVER received it, nor was I able to get my money back. I emailed them and called them several times and received NOTHING. When I called my bank to refute the charges, I was informed that this is a fraudulent company and others have had similar complaints in the past. This company IS NOT REAL, and whoever is running this is making a fortune off of others from being a piece of shit. DO NOT use this site. Save yourself the money and frustration. I have learned my lesson and will never ever order anything online unless it is a trusted, well-researched company, and I would advise anyone to do the same.

I found WebJacket.com playing on the internet one night. I always wanted an all wool varsity jacket trimmed in pink. I was so impressed by the website that I ordered the jacket with no reservation. When the jacket arrived I was not pleased with the companies shade of pink used on the trimming. After reading online reviews, I was apprehensive about trying to return or refund for the jacket. Despite the reviews, I contacted customer service who had me submit a piture of my jacket and why I was dis-pleased. Dispite this being a custom order and their return policy, the company was willing to give me a 50% refund on my entire purchase. I truly appreciate this because they didn't have to. Although the jacket was not my desire shade of pink I didn't take a total lost and I decided to donate the jacket to a children's coat drive.

My advice is, please read any companies return policy before placing any custom orders. I thank goodness Webjacket.com is a company who cares about their image and the products they produce.

We ordered our club jackets form webjacket.com. We liked that we could customize our jackets to the nose without paying an arm and a leg. The jackets arrived exactly how we designed them. Everything was smooth and fine.
