For the price I didnt expect much but, hey who knows. I was able to custom design a jacket for a friend and it looks actually really good.

Some people might find it kind of silly to have a college fraternity jacket custom made some 47 years later. The truth is mine was stolen two years after I graduated college and it meant a lot to me as I was never a good enough athlete in high school to earn a championship jacket and this one was a big deal to me. Since all of my warm jackets are still in a flooded/mold house this is my warm jacket for the few cold days we have in Houston. It still makes me feel special wearing it

I ordered a lettermans jacket and had to customize all through their site.
and in doing so, when there was a question they made sure to e-mail me and ask me certain things they needed to know about what color went where and how i wanted certain things.
they were really great about this.
i was worried for a while.
i wasn't sure if they could pull it off.
i was very impressed.

I ordered a Webjacket for my son-in-law before Christmas. I noticed that delivery date would not allow the item to be given at Christmas. However, the speedy processing and handling of our order had the jacket under our Tree Christmas eve.

I would also like to comment on the quality of the workmanship. When you order an item over the internet you are taking a risk that the item would not meet your expectations. This was not the case. The fit was perfect, The colours rich and exactly as hoped. We are definitely pleased.

I must also mention that we live in Germany and the International shipping was handled expertly.

I was very pleased with the finished product! My jacket took me back to my high school days when the Lettermen's Club would wear our Jackets proud to all the School and Athletic events showing RAMBLERS PRIDE! The Columbia Blue wool material is brought out by the White Leather sleeves and the quilted lining is great ON COLD DAYS! The embroidery is professional and everything was done as I asked. It was a mixup at first but the turn around time was very reasonable and they promised to make me happy and they exceeded my expectations on correcting the concerns. I currently live in Canada and was interested in finding a letterman's jacket to purchase, and found WebJacket.com on through a Google search. I was able to order, design, and create exactly the jacket that I wanted and the item was shipped in a very timely manner. However, when I received the jacket I found that I should have ordered an 2XL Tall rather than an XL Tall, because the length was just a little too short in the sleeves. I emailed WebJacket.com and explained the situation to them. To my amazement, this company offered to send me a new jacket in the 2XL Tall size, which gave me the extra length in the sleeves and body that I required. They also granted a request from me to reduce the size of the embroidery on the new jacket, which normally they do not do. This was all accomplished for the total cost of only $65 including shipping and handling for the new jacket. The new jacket arrived in record time and I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experience with WebJacket.com.

I recently ordered a jacket for my son. I designed it, ordered it, and quite honestly prayed it would fit and turn out perfect.......webjackets SURPASSED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!! I designed and ordered a custom made letterman’s jacket for my son from your company. When my son’s jacket arrived there was a mistake that was made in the coloring of the patch. I contacted your company by email and received an almost immediate response. I was very pleasantly surprised by the immediate concern that your company showed in wanting to make it right and ensure that I was happy with the final product. Your company emailed me a picture of the new design and offered to re-make the entire jacket to ensure that the quality of the jacket was maintained. You company then asked me to donate the first jacket to a less fortunate person to keep them warm. This was amazing customer service considering this was in no way a generically priced jacket considering we opted for the real leather and personalized embroidered designs. We received the second jacket and it met our expectations completely! My son is very happy with his new jacket. Thank you so much web design for ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and in making it a pleasant experience to work with your company.

I ordered 2 custom jackets from this company. I was skeptical about them when I read the nasty comments! I'm a harsh critic but, I can only speak highly of this company! I've had lots of experience in ordering online and I had EXCELLENT customer service! I was terrified that my sons' jackets weren't going to make it before Christmas but the gentleman that I spoke with, assured me that they would be here on Dec. 23rd. To my surprise, they showed up 4 days early. The craftsmanship is impeccable, exactly what I was expecting and more! I saved atleast $75.00 per jacket! My Christmas has been made because of this company! My sons are going to be so pleased with them. Thank you, Web Jacket, you will get tons of referrals from me. The ONLY thing I would change is the packaging, in which it was shipped, but no harm done to the jackets! From the bottom of my heart, Thank you for not disappointing this Mama!

I ordered 2 custom jackets from this website and I have to say that at first I was skeptical because of the reviews but I had an amazing experience with this company! I was so worried that my twins wouldn't get their jackets in time for Christmas so I called and the gentleman was so reassuring! Not only did they get here before Christmas but they were 4 days early. The only thing I would change, is the packaging! However, the jackets were just fine. The custom jackets were perfect! The craftsmanship was impeccable and quality was exactly like the others, at my kids school! I saved about $75.00 per jacket by ordering through Web Jacket! I will definitely be using them again for chenille patches and other things they offer! I hate seeing a company's reputation ruined by negative comments or because someone had a small issue! I can't wait for my boys to see their jackets!

I feel it's only fair to give positive feedback as well as negative feedback. I read the reviews before going to Webjacket.com and I was a little concern but I still went. I had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, they helped me via email, but it was more than sufficient. I bought one for myself and was amazed with the quality and price. I ended up buying my team jackets from them. The price was absolutely unbeatable. The quality of the jackets and the embroidery were great.
Overall they did a great job. My team and I are very happy.

We ordered a sweater, and submitted payment. Months later, there was still no sweater and no further information. We emailed repeatedly without response. Phone calls led to an answering machine with no response after leaving voice mail. Finally, after months, we got an email response saying there would be no sweater delivered. TERRIBLE.

I ordered a letter sweater from this company. First, they were incredibly unhelpful when I contacted them asking what size I should order. I should have known better and gone elsewhere right then.

I ordered the sweater in early March and was told it would be Delivered April 30th via email on March 11th. They charged my credit card. April 30th came and went without a single word from them. When I wrote to them asking what was happening, this is the email I received:

"Unfortunately, we will not be able to fulfil your order as this item is on back order for now. We issued a full refund.

We apologize for the inconvenient."

Very unprofessional! Terrible company. Order elsewhere!

I had been looking to replace a letter jacket I wore 40 years ago and was amazed at how limited and pricey the jackets were until I came across Webjacket. They let me customize it exactly how I wanted it and the price was the best I had found anywhere. Because it is so customized, each one is made to order so the turn around time is about 6 weeks, but I was in no hurry. My jacket is an exact replica of the one I wore in high school and i've gotten many positive comments. I will absolutely recommend Webjacket to my friends who want a quality jacket at a reasonable price.

Ordered jacket Dec. 16. Got it Feb. 18. Very good quality. Exactly what I ordered, it's perfect. That said, it took too long, and when I tried to have it over-night delivered, the company said they would, but didn't, adding a week to an already long time-frame. No phone number, could only contact the company through emails, which they only responded to some of them and not immediately. For a while I thought I had been ripped off! Then we got it and it was awesome. So they do put out a great product, they're just not as professional as they need to be. If they were faster, and had better customer service,they could be the best. So, not a scam, but not the best either.

Site says allow 5-7 weeks for up to 3 jackets, I only ordered 1 yet it took over 11 weeks. The "check the status of your order" on the website does not work and their phone number does not work. That being said, the jacket was a good price and is nice looking, they just need to work on timing, communication and website functions so that people feel more confident about their order.
