I ordered over a month and a half ago and they still haven't shipped my order or even updated me as to the status of my order, complete radio silence. I am a repeat customer and can say with confidence that this will be the very last time I ever order from them again, completely unprofessional.

Visually I love these shorts so so much. They look great! But the fabric feels stiff, and rough and generally not super comfortable. This is both before and after washing for the first time. I'm gonna wear biking shorts underneath so the texture won't bother me so much.
Also saw an AI generated ad on Instagram for this company after buying and that's pretty disappointing so they lost another star for that one. :/

Most of the reviews on here are positive so I’m not sure what happened with my specific order.

For those who don’t want to read an essay the TLDR: probably the most unprofessional customer service I have ever worked with and still have not received my order (It’s been about 4months)

I ordered the Joker Large tee. They sent me a USPS tracking number. After about a week I checked the status and it showed that USPS was still waiting for the product to be dropped off. I emailed some slight customer service which took about 2 days for them to respond. Their customer service team told me they don’t go through USPS and they use a different shipping company. That didn’t make sense as they sent me the USPS tracking number. They told me they would look into it and get back to me. Fast forward about two weeks, I emailed again as I had heard no updates. Skip ahead another week, emailed again. A day later they emailed me back apologizing offering me a gift card to their store saying the item was no longer in stock. I asked them for my money back and not a gift card or if possible to send me the product when it is back in stock. Since that last email I have emailed about 5 times and it has been 4 months. No word from some slight and no product (even though it has been in stock on two separate occasions).

Update: I have been refunded yippee (changed to 3 star)

I loved the design of the shorts, but they run so small.
I ordered the Buggy shorts in the largest size possible (3X) and they fit like an XL pair. I was super excited to get these and seeing how small they were was a total letdown.

These shorts are amazing quality and incredibly comfortable

I wasn’t sure how I felt about mesh shorts at first but the designs were so great I gave it a shot. I now have 15+ shorts and the quality and durability is impeccable. You wouldn’t be able to tell which are my oldest pair since they hold up so well. Designs get better with every chapter they release. Superb community around them and customer service is fantastic and quick to respond. Can’t forget the frequent sales make it hard to not be a repeat customer. I recommend to everyone I know.

my first order unfortunately got the wrong size for myself but they allowed me to ship it back for an exchange. Then I purchased the great deals they offer like the spring sale super excited for them to arrive

Quality of shorts is by far the best I’ve had. I have 14 pairs now and highly support the company. They have a discord and are very responsive. If you have a problem they work hard to resolve it. Definitely the best anime inspired shorts company!
