Good experience, wonderful service, questions answered with easy guildance.

I have been hosting a self-managed website with WebHostingPad for years.
Every time I encounter a problem, they are quick to respond, and their staff are competent and knowledgable--all my website issues were resolved very quickly.

Webhostingpad support team gave excellent support when our site was under a malware attack. They provided us with step by step instructions to get back to business within a short span of time.

I have been using Webhostingpad for a number of years and have found their billing, interface, and customer service all to be excellent. I love the convenient chat, and one time when I was really stuck, they were able to access my info and make the changes for me. Today, I was adding a new domain, and "Mike" from tech support answered all my questions quickly and accurately. I look forward to continued business with whp.

Everything is abstract, making it difficult to discuss through a chat box. But little by little, the insight kicked in, and I truly hope that each of us can put this ordeal behind us.
