This company is a fraud refuse to return my money
I bought the shared hosting on 22th Aug 2023, they ask me to provide my Photo ID. I don't like to do this. Then they cancelled my account. I can't do anything when login. I thought they will return my money automatically. However, a week passed, no money back. Then I contact the live chat, they ask me to contact by email to billing department. I did it, and I opened a ticket.
What a joke is no any reply to me. I contact the 7/24 live chat, they always ask me to contact billing department, no any help. And the ticket was closed too.
At last, I write the last email to them, If they won't refund in a week, I will exposure my terrible experience on Trustpilot. Still no reply. They don't care.

This company is a fraud who killed my money.
I bought a VPS server which is $29.95 USD, on 28/05/2023, but they are not approving my account within 24 hours; what a joke! After that, I decided to cancel my account and mail their billing team, but they didn't send any response. Their live chat option is another scam; they are a fraud. Waste of my money till now they have not contacted me.

Please beware of the company policy…
Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good.
When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue,
The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen.
But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

The response time when submitting a ticket using the support “tab” from the home page of your dashboard is awesome. Not only do you get an email notification that your ticket has been received the turn-around time of your issue or question is resolved super quick.

I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. We walked through the process step by step until the problems were finally resolved at 2:47AM. Now my website and FTP are working smoothly. Many thanks to Webhostingpad’s support staff!
