The support at Web Hosting Pad is stellar. I use Cloudflare with my site and every once in a while I guess something changes so my website doesn't work anymore. So the guys ask for permission to access my account at Cloudflare so they can make the necessary changes to get my website working again. It's one less thing for me to learn how Cloudflare works so I put my trust in Web Hosting Pad to take care of it for me. So my website is back up and running again. Thanks guys!

I've been with WebHostingPad for over 15 years!
I initially signed up because of their unbeatable signup offer. Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured "you get what you pay for" and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn't a big deal.
However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they've upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can't hold it against WHP), remains very competitive.
I've had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup.
I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They're a real pleasure to deal with.

I was very impressed by the support provided by Tom G. at Webhostingpad.com. I had a strange email configuration issue that he was able to resolve for me. Not only did he solve the issue, but took time to explain why I had the configuration difficulty I had. This type of support was above and beyond what was expected. Often, when you subscribe to a budget service, one is disappointed in service and support. This is NOT the case with Webhostingpad.com.

WebHostingPad.com support team is amazing, 5 minutes is the longest I have ever waited for a response to any of my concerns. They have always been extremely willing to resolve any of my website issues, evening non-host related problems, like discovering ad fixing bad codes. I host all my site through Webhostingpad.com for their impeccable support service. They are great!!

Bad Experience
I have been using their hosting services for a couple months now, and ever since I've experienced very slow loading on their server. To make matters worse, my websites keep going down, and customers are unable to use the websites. I have no access to my websites, and they are currently down. I contacted support on Friday, and they have yet to get any reply from them. My experience has not been good, and I wouldn't recommend them to others.
I have been with Blue Host for 5 years, using a shared server with the same 2 active websites and 1 inactive website, and have never had this kind of issue with slow speed and a lot of down time. I left that host because the renewal cost was too high. The other host before you told me they were able to handle the websites, and I purchased their large plan with unlimited space, which turned out to be a lie just like you! I purchased a 5-year hosting plan from you with the power plan plus package that offers unlimited space, so how am I using up resources that caused downtime and slow speed issues? When, in fact, you are selling a service that you are unable to accommodate and then have the audacity to turn the blame on the customer. You are now admitting that you have limited resources after you collected my MONEY! Your reply displays the poor customer service that you truly offer. I'm still waiting on the hosting password to access the account so I can move my websites.
Note to others:
Some things they don't inform customers about until after the purchase. I lost all my emails when they transferred the websites, and they didn't believe it was important to inform me that they don't transfer emails until after the move. So, for those who have important emails that they wouldn't want to lose, save yourself the headache. I wish I had known before, because I wouldn't have purchased the package in the first place.
