Our engineer Adam worked throughout the day in a professional and efficient manner. There was little disturbance to ourselves and no upheaval or damage to surrounding areas. The work had a successful outcome being representative of the service and ongoing support provided by Watsons.

Andrew fitted a replacement shower enclosure with tray, new towel rail element and 2 new radiators. He was at all times professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He carried out the work to a high standard and cleaned up after himself. A first class representative of Watson Plumbing and Heating

Can't fault theses guys. Brian and Adam arrived on time and replaced my old boiler. Very polite and clean. I was impressed with the repiping which was really neat and the new boiler. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Excellent. Would thoroughly recommend Watson's.

I have just had a new oil fired combi boiler fitted by Watson Plumbing and heating.
The men arrived on the day expected, and they were very pleasant. The work they have done is outstanding, I was really impressed with how neat the pipe work was. They put down carpet protection every where they were working, and I would really recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing work done.

I needed a boiler service and a replacement valve and am delighted to have found Watson on the Gas Safe Register. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company.

Having been let down by a previous engineer, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I first phoned the office manager, Bruna. However, I was quickly reassured as this lady was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. She understood my requirements and offered me the perfect solution. Her excellent customer service approach was much appreciated and played a large part in my decision to take out a service plan with them.

Within a very efficient 5 days, the 2 engineers, John & Russell, arrived on site in good time and with appropriate Covid precautions. It was clear from the outset that they were highly competent and my confidence in them and the company grew further. Nothing was too much for them. I was soon impressed by their friendly, helpful, courteous and professional manner.

The work was completed quickly, tidily and thoroughly and I definitely will be using this company again. It is comforting to know that there is someone reliable to call if heating problems crop up. Well done Watson’s.

Renewing back boiler for new combi system.
Bryan arrived on his own as apprentice was in college for first two days, however by night new boiler was well on its way. Arrived next morning even earlier, never stops, had coffee while working, and by night almost completed job. On last day was joined by Adam who knew exactly what he had to do, job finished all left cleaned and tidy. Both very polite and friendly. Will certainly use Watson Plumbing again. Also thanks to Bruna in the office for answering any question, great team.

I am a first time customer of this company. From the initial phone call I have been impressed by the friendly and professional service received. Our oil boiler required servicing and two parts replaced. The Covid compliant visits of John and his colleague left my wife and myself reassured we were in safe and very competent hands. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

John and Russel have serviced my oil fired boiler once and will again this year. I had minor problems with the boiler and contacted Bruna and explained the problems. John and Russel solved the 3 separate problems. I found them both to be professional, very polite and they arrived at the time stated.

Returned to our static caravan after 8 months Gas Boiler service was overdue phoned Watson Plumbing an appointment was arranged for the following Morning at 8.00 am John arrived dead on time and carried out a full service most efficiently, the boiler clock needed resetting and he took the time to explain and show me how to set the clock. First class service from this Company I would recommend them to anybody

Just had a new boiler installed today by Watson Plumbing and Heating, Bryan and Adam were absolutely brilliant, arrived early and worked non stop until they had finished the job, two lovely cheery boys who done their work professionally, left the place so tidy and explained how to work our new central heating. Bath removed along with old shower wall panels and walk in shower installed with new shower wall boards and ceiling boards. Waste re-routed and all plumbing installed. Joiners, plumbers and electrician did first class fantastic job, very tidy, kept informed at all times. Bathroom looks amazing. Highly recommend this company.

John & Russ came to both my home &shop to service my boilers. Both were friendly and couldn’t of been any more helpful when it came to other issues/questions I had

I also had another plumbing issue that needed solved and fixed, they both stayed till that was done even if it made them late for the next appointment.

Amazing every time, recently moved to new property and inherited an old temperamental boiler. From booking with Bruna who is always friendly and polite to the service received from Russell, John and Peter. They are knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and leave me with confidence that there’ll be heat and hot water with a flick of a switch.
Highly recommended company, can’t praise them enough.

It’s so good to have peace of mind after getting first class gas service on my combi boiler. The engineers Paul Van Iterson and Russell Currie adhered to the Covid guidelines during the time they were here as well. Highly recommend.
