Excellent service from Watson Plumbing and Heating Services, definitely recommend them. Our very old boiler eventually packed in and couldn't be repaired, despite the best efforts of the engineer. Peter got in touch the next day to discuss the options and we now have a new boiler. Great service from every member of the team.

Installation of new boiler and water tank completed on schedule by highly competent tradesmen who took time to ensure the components were fit for purpose and met efficiency standards.

Old Mira shower had given up the ghost after 17 years! Phoned Watson on the Monday someone swung by later that day to have a look. Got quotes that night, had look online at the different ones. Tuesday had decided what one I was having and they were going to order it in. Thursday they phoned, I missed they're call, guy could come do it. Anyway it was installed the next day Friday. All done good job!

I had been previously been let down by a large 'design & fitting' Bathroom Company in Dumfries. Peter and his office staff were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. A small job to change over a bath to shower. Quality works by both the Plumbers & Joiner.

Quick and efficient with good contact through the repair process. Would definitely recommend.

Used Watsons for the last couple of years and have nothing but good service..girls in the office Bruna and Shirley are always very pleasant and cheerful. We are booked in for a new boiler and odds in the coming week and the quote was very informative and easy to understand. I always believe in using local companies as we have our own company and hope that people would also use us to rather than national companies. Sometimes it's not about the price although I thought Watsons quote was reasonable its about the service ...the back up...the future and that's why we are happy with Peter and his team.

My mother required a replacement Oil Fired Boiler contacted Watsons on the back of some previous work they had done on the existing boiler. Recieved a very competitive quote along with detail of works required.
Excellent communication and timescale to fit boiler which was completed as discussed.

Excellent service! A tricky back boiler replaced with a combi boiler and new radiators. A friendly, helpful and hard working team. Everything done on time and to a very high standard. They were even kind and considerate to the cats! I already had a service plan with the company and will continue to use them. 1st class.

We decided to go with Watson Plumbing & Heating Services for our new bathroom refurbishment. Living in an older house, we knew it would be a big job to strip everything back to bare brick walls and floorboards and start again but we wanted to do that to ensure that all fittings and fixtures were all new and fresh even behind the scenes. We even wanted our corroding external stench pipe replaced.

Peter called round to discuss options with us and he immediately gave us confidence that he and his team were more than up to the task. Having chosen the style of bathroom we wanted, colour schemes and wall, floor and ceiling coverings, the team took care of ordering all necessary fixtures and fittings. The team also coordinated local and trusted plasterers, joiners and electricians to compliment their own plumbers, ensuring that everyone was available at the right time.

Without exception, every one of the tradespeople who worked on our bathroom was professional in their approach, their work ethic and the quality of finish. The girls in the office also play an important role in the overall project and I found them to be extremely helpful, very efficient and they always delivered on what they promised to do, a rare but reassuring quality these days.

As with all large projects, there were a couple of very minor teething issues upon completion but importantly the response from Peter and his team was prompt and professional, reinforcing confidence that I would have no hesitation in going back to Watson's for future projects and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Competitive price. Replacement of bath with shower, to shower cubicle. Stuck to fitting schedule, despite some supplier delay. Covered carpets, removed rubbish, requiring minimal effort to clear up when work finished. Looks great, works well,
