Over promise and under deliver
File left for weeks untouched, excuse after excuse as to why things aren't being done.
Mean while the bills keep coming in.

been waiting 9 months for these unprofessional amateur's thats made admin after admin errors to a civil court for debt that being paid and it should of been put aside as we all agreed as i was having brain tumors removed at the dates of default .
when this was all proven last may 2025 with all medical documents ,
this company knows i am vulnerable and have epilepsy and still carry on fobbing me off with " dont worry mr Taylor alls in hand we have sumbitted the paperwork as the last one submitted was not worded correctly for the court by our selves ,"??
basic stuff .

now im going to be looking at further action towards this cowboy out fit if they dont hurry up and do there job.
i seriously dont even know how its operating with the records it has , trainee solicitors dealing with court documents incorrectly with excuse after excuse that are effecting me and my family are shocking,
this is disgusting and ill be in contact with the financial ombudsman regarding the absolute liberty .
i have had to put of 3 interviews for a potential house mortgage off since dec after being told dont worry alls in hand its the court that takes the time lol
but there quick to put a order on a mans credit file who was dying at the time..!!
and was having 8 tumors removed from his head with epilepsy this outfit cant do there job.
now what kind of cereal box token firm is this ...? taking debts and not even knowing how to handle them professionally specifically removing the one thats all been agreed on by all sides.
it shouldnt of even been put on me ....!!!!!!!!
my case worker only works certain days as i assume hes still at law school . right now hes looking like he needs a new job as his companys owners have not once spoke to me or someone who can get this sorted iv appealed agains it through the court 3/4 times at least since they have put in for it to be put aside as all agreed to be rufused because this company did not provide my medical evidence i provided them with already lol, ward and hadaway no wonder your rating on this trust pilot is next to none . im taking legal action unless a partner gets this job done the mistake of the admin was from these and the court still hasnt recieved the proof they want.
so im being held accountable on my credit file by a ccj thats been cancelled by the client and i have been paying them the debt since last november, so paying the debt and being punished still on paper due to amateur legal firms its wrong and im going to be taking this further with the companys mistake after mistake after mistakes im calling monday with my legal advice as these havent a clue when it comes to dealing with courts and its there job.
do us a favour a cease upsetting people who's vulnerable , disabled with epilepsy not to say the 8 tumors removed from my head . this stress has caused me seizures and this company has even had proof but yet there safe guarding regarding my health and family lies in there incapable hands i will be taking them to the civil court for damages soon my self for undue tress, i have seizures recorded from there stress over nov-dec i would have to get them from my carer. .
safe guarding and protecting people lol
they forget about that aswell.

Judging by other reviews, this is no surprise, company is a group of scammers. I've never left a review before, but this is warranted.

In the process of remortgaging my house to a new lender, living in a new build estate where we are all forced to pay 'land management fees' to a trust (The Land Restoration Trust officially, but trading as "The Land Trust" which makes them that little bit motlre hidden)- a whole other scam that is increasingly rife in this country. It wasnt until this process that I was told that The Land Trust actually have a restriction over my house and I needed their certificate of compliance just to switch mortgage lenders, and they chagred £252 (on top of already extortionate annual fees) for the priviledge of a piece of paper! Their lawyers are Ward Hadaway, which says enough about the type of people Ward Hadaway are.

I have made every attempt to speak to them so I can understand this better as everybody else says only they can tell me about it. I've phoned the head office, I've emailed and phoned Richard Noble who I am told is the named Lawyer, I've left him multiple answerphone messages. I have been completely ignored, no response at all. Yet you were quick enough to say I have to pay you and quick enough to take my money.

Ward Hadaway are nothing more than scammers dressed up as Lawyers in my experience of people like Richard Noble. Which is obviously why they only deal with scam companies such as the Land Trust

Steph Nield from Ward Hadaway Manchester Office is just fabulous at what she does best. We have really appreciated her support and hard work over the last few months, sometimes going above and beyond with conveyance support. It's been a tough time going through a divorce too, whilst trying to buy a future home and Steph has been super friendly, supportive and efficient throughout. David Parr who was a director of this firm, committed every fraud in the book when I was a young widow, he set up a secondary trust fund for my children,transferred all of their money into it, and stole their inheritance. He covered this up by making false alegations about me to various bodies without my knowledge, making it impossible for me to gain any information when I knew things weren't right. he laughed at me when I confronted him with evidence, I eventualy had a stroke and gave up. This firm is corrupt to the core.

It’s a shame this review doesn’t have an option for minus stars. Matthew Sigsworth of Ward Hadaway is the worst solicitor I have ever come across! His use of bullying tactics is an eye opener and he gives solicitors a bad name. His correspondence is just full of nonsensical waffle. Ongoing issue which has been going on months and he has failed to provide anything in form of a response. Just keeps on with his scaremongering. His work is pathetic. His client choice is questionable, taking on work from unsavoury and unreliable characters. Avoid at all costs.

Inept, inadequate, inefficient and untrustworthy! According to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) there are 159,000+ registered solicitors in England & Wales, I honestly don't know why you would choose to work with Ward Hadaway, after a brief couple of minutes dealing with these charlatans, I wish Ward Hadaway - Would Goaway!

Bullying tactics.Threats of taking you to court at great expense when simply they have no grounds to do so.

This company were complicit at very least in covering up their clients samuel smith brewery tadcaster failures,including dishonesty,data breach and fraud including being dishonest to ICO.
We were provided PRIVELAGED INFORMATION in a data breach by samuel Smith Brewery documents showed the accusations to be true and accurate,neither company engaging to resolve issues.
My concerns were reported to the SRA who made decision before receiving documented evidence,refusing to provide any documentation or an explination how they reach their decision.

We had a similar situation when we received a letter from them re. FedEx Express bill, which we never used them before. There was no evidence or supporting documents provided along with the letter, only the money request letter. It looks like scam to us and no where to contact them as no email or number.

Having been recommended to speak with David Lister, I was keen to wait for him to be available. David took time out of his own personal time to discuss my situation and concerns explaining everything in an easy way and logical I cannot thank him enough for the help he has provided so far and I feel I’m in the best hands to receive the right outcome. Thank you again David
