Felt Intimidated and Pressured Would Not Recommend!!!!
A number of individuals (2) from a previous firm later moved to this firm. Despite not being directly involved in my matter, I received legal correspondence from them.
In my view, this contact was unnecessary and felt intimidatory and harassing, particularly given that the matter had already concluded.
This added further distress to an already difficult situation for me and my family, especially my 79 year old father who had a nervous breakdown.

Absolutely disgusting dishonest bunch of crooks walking. Both Beachcroft in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne & NHS Resolutions are corrupt..Delay Deny Hope you Die is their motto. After going through NHS complaints then NHS Resolutions to be passed to these crooks then waiting over 14 months for so called independent Doctors report we have never seen .Only to be delayed with the usual bullshitting letter they really think people are stupid we all know what they are doing.

NHS Counter Fraud Authority: If you suspect fraudulent activity, this lot couldnt lie straight in bed.you can report it directly to them.

Disgusting company
Disgusting company, didn’t tell me about a claim we had won , kept the money that the 3rd party paid in damages to us and keep telling me it will be paid into your bank within 5 working days. This is theft, avoid at all costs. Wasn’t even told we had won the claim as paralegal went on holiday and forgot to tell us so good job we didn’t attend court . I’m furious and will start a small claims against them . Can’t believe they still are allowed to trade
Breach of contract unfair retraction
Back in 2009; I accepted a job offer as a paralegal at the bristol office,
. I had just lost my 15 year old only sibling weeks before and had my resignation accepted by my previous employer so was just waiting for the official start date. When Beachcroft learned of my recent 2 weeks of compassionate leave they retracted their offer leaving me completely jobless mere weeks after losing someone and due to me being young and the company being a law firm I knew I didn't have a leg to stand on. But this is a warning to anyone looking to join the company. Maybe think twice is the the kind of company you want to be working for. I now know it is a breach of contract and thought i would share my views on it.

After having a situation trying to claim from a third party insurance, I received an email from Beachcroft where i started to feel a little hopeful. My mistake just seamed like the whole thing was a scam and they try and give you hope that they will be able to help you. just seams they want to get more information from you.

Tesco Driver hit my car - trying to get the insurance to deal with this what a miserable experience this has been. For an international company their insurance claims is shocking I have never experienced such service failure and I have complained direct to Tesco as to why they use this company
No support, still struggling with outcome
Absolutely awful service - chosen by my insurers in the face of a claim. Communication and preparation was few and far between. I shared lots of potential evidence to support my case, and I trust my insurer did the same. Instead, we got to court with no pre-hearing obligations carried out, the person who was handling my case was unreachable and we were practically marked before the hearing even started. I was also told that other companies should have been there as a 3rd party! My account never changed so why was this not looked into?! I had no support in the days leading upto the hearing, the barrister sent was just as lacking, and I am still feeling hurt, upset and embarrassed by my ordeal. I realise now that I was practically set to fail as I wasn't guided throughout the process as I should have been. All in all, I now have some anxieties related to the incident and driving in similar circumstances. I feel so let down - by DA Beachcroft, my insurer and the court.
I know I was acting safely and in an appropriate manner at the time of the incident and I know I was telling the truth and the effect this has had on my self esteem and my self concept is quite something. Every body has moved on but me.
To date, I still haven't received the letter I was told to expect to summarise the hearing.

Beachcroft Newport were appointed by my insurer Aviva to assess the prospects of recovering their expenditure on my claim relating to the damage to my rear property June 2023.
A strong letter before action was sent to the third party detailing the allegations. In response to this the third party denied liability and Beachcroft relied upon his verbal stance (Phone call) And as a direct result Beachcroft would not proceed to litigation. And my file would now be closed.
I was not satisfied and pursued a Complaint/Review to higher authority within the group, but the decision remained negative.
In making this determination Beachcroft clearly had not properly investigated (if at all) and weighed up the very strengthening and official documents and evidence I disclosed to them. Including daylight CCTV footage.
Beachcroft was made fully aware of the third party’s history for land disputes/claims to cover up his malicious and negligent actions and of his title registry only from April 2023.
The third party’s finances were of concern to Beachcroft. Again, this was well clarified given he owns lands and provides rental accommodation and vehicles etc.
This was a simple and legitimate claim which should easily have been settled and if necessary, progressed in the small courts for damages.
However, as a direct result the third party has continued costly (£3,000) malicious and negligent actions to my rear property. To date removed my corrugated metal fence (in position for 30 yrs), then an anti-ram raid (like a parking post) made of solid metal and permanently positioned outside my garage and set deep in solid concrete. Fitted a 6 foot unsafe structure (likened to a fence) made of panels to remove as he sees fit and minus two feet from off my land to permanently obstruct my entire rear access contrary to conveyance & title registry and enjoyment of my land. And has laid tarmac over the two feet all without my permission. And He damaged 1 of my CCTV rear cameras.
Yet Beachcroft remains concerned re the third party’s financial means and did not obtain witness statements from others he has done similar to.
One has concerns about their legal credibility and confidence. !!!!!!!!!!!
Refused a subject access request
Refused a subject access request, (this issue is now reported to the Information Commisioners Office, ICO) and they are in breach of the Disability Act 2010.
Refused to take any complaints, apparently the switchboard staff have "no manager or boss, they are all the same level". They showed nothing but contempt and hostility.
7 hours in total on the phone trying to respond to a letter they'd sent which shouldn't have even gone out. It really felt like I was dealing with irresponsible children
Rude, Ignorant and Downright Deceiptful
This company are an absolute disgrace. If it was possible to give a "minus" star I certainly would. Their Claims Handler in Newport, Umar Saeed, is both rude and ignorant. He rejected a valid claim having either not read the details correctly, or just completely ignored the true facts of the incident. To make it even worse, he actually made a statement in his reply saying that the truck that reversed into our car was nowhere near our property at the time of the incident. I actually SAW the truck reversing and the store to which the delivery was being made confirmed they had just had a delivery. Of course, Umar Saeed chooses to completely ignore the facts of the case and my letters and email in the hope I will go away. With the estimate of the damage to the car being over £1,700, I actually won't go away! Be advised, avoid this company.
Professional - What's That?
Firstly, I wouldn't even give 1 star for this.
I have never experienced such an unprofessional response from an employee, company. I am having to ring up daily to get some kind of response to hit and run claim. The last attempt to call resulted in no answer but received an email straight away indicating I am being avoided. Working in a professional business myself, I am shocked at the customer service I am receiving which is very little - if anything. I suggest avoiding unless you want an endless amount of your time on the phone trying to get an answer and a hell of amount of unnecessary stress.
