This has been my second rental with VW and again it has been great. Emma is always very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be hiring from them again. My only feedback is the holding deposit is quite high, it would be better if it was lowered.

Always clean cars. This time I had opted for auto golf, although not a fan of auto, but its all they had left, except a SUV Taigo? I didn't fancy paying out for extra car when just me using it. As it turned out the Golf auto had issues, someone been smoking in it, so I had a 10% discount and the Taigo SUV. Which to be honest, is a cracking vehicle

I would like to express my thanks to staff at VW rent a car.

Great service we enjoyed the trip. The staff is very supportive. Only minus thing the windscreen wiper fluid was completely empty and we had to fill this in the middle of the journey.
