Fantastic experience renting from VWFS Colindale. I have rented a T-Roc for a long trip to Europe and everything went very well. The travel abroad cover is very straightforward and Mohsin was great in explaining all requirements and clarifying everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent great cars at fair price and no hassle.

I recently hired a VW Golf Hybrid from VWFS Rent-a-Car and had a great experience from start to finish. The car itself was brand new, very comfortable, and an excellent drive — smooth, efficient, and perfect for my needs.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Claire and Sofiane were both brilliant — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Taylor and Jacob are great , all staff are very welcoming. There was a problem with the car we had booked but Jacob phoned us in advance to tell us and gave us an upgrade. 😃. Booking process is really easy, it must be as Im not computer literate and I can use it ! This is the second time we have used them as we come from Cornwall we come up in a motorhome then Uber to VWFS to collect the car so we can visit family. It’s very central. We will use them every time we come to Birmingham.

The car was great. The collection and return quick and easy. No issues.

I would definitely really recommend this company. Megan was really helpful and sorted a car for me at very short notice and at a decent price. She answered my emails promptly and made the whole experience stress free. The hire car I received was good quality and well looked after by the company.

I am a returning customer, as always the car was spotless and the lady who handled the handover was very professional. The great thing here is that there are no hidden costs or extras, fuel is like for like, 3/4 of a tank on pickup so it’s easy to gauge how much to put in for the cars return.
I will use them again!

Amazing service as always. David provided an upgrade to our requested vehicle and the Cupra was a joy to drive. Have rented a number of vehicles over the last few years and each time it just gets better. Will continue to be my choice of rental agency going forward as we need a vehicle.
